Awesome experience
Went there earlier today (Friday) and the man was very helpful in helping me select the correct guitar and amplifier for the style of music I want to play. Absolutely wonderful experience again, definitely my go too music shop!

First guitar and first class service
I bought a Tanglewood electro acoustic the Saturday before Christmas and was impressed that it arrived on Christmas Eve. I had emailed a few queries before it arrived which were answered very speedily and I am so pleased with the guitar, such beautiful craftsmanship and stunning sound. Just need to learn how to play now but it has really motivated me as it’s far too nice to keep hidden away.

Ordered an acoustic guitar online
Ordered an acoustic guitar online, so was a bit worried about damage in transit. However, the guitar was packaged extremely well. Amazingly it was still in tune upon delivery at my door! Very good communication from the people at Ness Music and I would not hesitate to order from them again.

first class serivice
Phoned in for guitar strings for 2 different guitars , got excellent advice, they posted out the strings, got them the next day.
Wont go past Ness music for anything.
