no mention of monthly charge till I got bill and considering there isn't even a GAS pump within 100km it seems a bit rank

Our $2 monthly account fee is outlined during sign-up, as well as in our FAQs, Terms & Conditions, and on our website.
We understand station coverage can vary depending on location, and if there aren’t convenient stations near you, we appreciate that Kora may not be the right fit for everyone.

Could do with covering over the car pumps. Also the position of the Pukekohe branch pay machine is very low catching the sun makes it a bit hard to read

Hopefully I have enough for my monthly expenses for fuel I’m happy to be fuelling with NPD Hokitika as they are cheaper than BP or Challenge Hokitika 👌

I have only used the card at an automated pump once and today tried to use it at the same petrol station in the store
It did not work, even with the attendant’s help
I am disappointed that this card ( and app) is not user friendly )
I will not use it again nor recommend it to friends

Hi, thanks for your feedback, and we’re sorry to hear about your experience.
By the sounds of it, you may have been trying to use your Kora card at a Caltex station, which isn’t part of the Kora network, so unfortunately the card won’t work there.
Kora cards can be used at Waitomo and Mobilcard-accepting stations (including selected Allied and NPD sites). You can check all participating locations in the Kora app before filling up.
If that doesn’t sound right, please get in touch with our support team — we’d be happy to help look into it.
