I wanted to get this phone to cut down my screen time from my smartphone, But was not sure where to get it from, i came across few other proxy services, but they were not delivering to my location, then i reached out to Koreanbro simply via WhatsApp, they were reachable easily, and responded all my doubts, before making purchase. Will get back to them for more accessories and other stuff.
Delivery was super fast and smooth!

I used their shipping service for my photo cards. Their service was very reliable and accurate. My items were properly packaged and arrived in a week. I will definitely use this bro's service again in close future.

We ordered an MP3 player on August 5, 2025 and it’s still showing as waiting for information. The website address that they have given is fake because the emails get bounced back. It’s a fake company so DO NOT buy from them!

Great - shipped within a week, arrived in 2-3 days ! I ordered an ALT MIVE phone and a clear case but only got the phone :( however, I got a refund for the case and I'm very happy with the phone. Was brand new in box, well packed for protection.

I could not reach out the seller on Whatsapp but I am glad the phone came in good shape! Recommend ordering with confidence even if the seller does not respond, they are busy with orders and take care of everything for you:)

I ordered a Samsung Galaxy Note FE and after ordering, they didn't give any update after like 3 working days. So I tried to contact them, they didn't respond in a day or 2. Then I tried to create a ticket via PayPal and 2 days after that I suddenly received an update about my package being picked up by FedEx. It just got delivered today. The phone got delivered like the description says. I am happy with the phone and I'm glad that I got the phone, but I'm less happy with their customer service. But I am not mad :)

Definitely a scam. I am disappointment at my self for not doing my research before purchasing from this website.

I ordered an item and have received nothing. I am asking for a refund now. hopefully they return my money.

Ordered electronics and have not received a response by email or shipping tracking since purchasing. They do not ship within 2 days like the website says. It’s been weeks since purchase

Ordered some Korean Pokémon cards. $500 worth, paid for express shipping (2-5 business days) back on Aigust 28th. Payment cleared August 30th. Tracking created September 1st. No updates to tracking, FedEx says they have no received a package for that tracking #. I've emailed them twice and called the telephone number they provide with no response. It is now September 15th and I am placing a dispute against this company. Buyer beware, they are a scam.

I have been using their service for a little over a year now, I like that they’re patient with requests and payments, and also honest when you ask for tips about packing, their prices are just and they work usually very fast 👍

Order a lens 17 days ago. It hasn’t shipped and can’t get a response via email.
Going to claim my money back through PayPal.

I've been using this service soley as a proxy address for over 2 years now. Due to a direct contact with the staff, communication is very easy and issues can be addressed at once. The shipping prices are still not as high as when I order from weverse directly and the possibility to combine items has been of great help.
I am very happy with the service and will continue to use it.

Es handelt sich hier um Scam. Aufpassen. Sagten mir, meine Bezahlung sei abgelehnt worden, (habe nie was davon mitbekommen derer Seite) obwohl die Zahlung abgeschlossen ist und ich auch eine Bestätigung bekommen habe. Die haben EIN MAL auf meiner Email geantwortet. Ich habe natürlich Klarna eingeschaltet.

Recently I ordered an samsung note 10 plus from this online shop. It is stated on the website that this is an original phone with only minor scratches. In good condition. But after I received the goods, I found that the mobile phone I received was a substandard product. There are many bubbles under the screen. I went to my local Samsung service center to check. A Samsung service center technician indicated that the phone was repaired. The screen, back cover, and spen are all not original products. after that, I requested return and refund. unfortunate, the customer service never send me any return label. they just continue ignoring my e-mails.
