SCAM!!! I learned the hard way

I too was scammed into buying kitchen supplies from this fake website. I purchased a grain mill and never received the purchase or my money back. I have filed a fraud protection claim with my bank and also will be reporting to BBB.

Don’t trust this site. I should have guessed when I was asked to pay through PayPal, then was charged almost $20 more than the cost of the flour mill I was buying. I called and left a message within 24 hours to cancel, then emailed and didn’t receive any reply. When I looked up the address, it’s a run down house with several cars in the front yard. They’re definitely not selling luxury kitchen equipment. It’s been over 45 days, and I never received my item. I filed a complaint through PayPal, my credit card company, and BBB.

This company just takes your money, offers no customer service response, delivers no orders, and offers no refund. If you care, this is about Order #152051 that was placed on 05/18/2025. The next step is a BBB complaint for a fraudulent business.

Total scam. Never received my order, and they don’t respond to emails or messages. Do not give this website a chance, they will steal your money.

Scam. Never received product, sent them 3 emails and called 2 times. The phone number goes right to voicemail then hangs up immediately.

I feel the site is a Scam. The item I ordered never got a tracking # and Customer Service didn’t respond..

Scam company. Look at youtube review. You will never get what you order.

This company is a scam, I paid for a bicycle and didn't receive it.

Website is a scam. Should have listened when my credit card company rejected 1st transaction. Despite researching website and feeling comfortable that it was legit, I placed an order. 10 days now, no communication beyond "success" on my invoice showing my payment went through. Emailed them and called number provided on website. They claim to be based in United States. You call an Alabama phone number and it's just a voicemail. Don't get got like I did!
