Loving my new patient boards
Loving me new patient boards, my new metric LOS (length of stay) was added which I think makes a fantastic handover to aid in reducing hospital bed days.

Outstanding
We enquired about a staffing sign for our ward and was quickly responded to with a great offer. Anthony took the time to find out exactly what we wanted and responded to emails quickly and efficiently. We love the staffing sign it is exactly what we were after and attaches to the wall very well. The boards were also produced quickly and delivered to us in great timing which is wonderful! I would definitely recommend KR Sign Design Limited as you can see customer care and satisfaction is their top priority, not to forget the top quality products they provide. Thank you!

With the pressures on the courier companies and rising delivery costs, we constantly review the P&P costs. We spend extra on packaging to ensure our products arrive safely, and always use a 1st class signed for, or tracking service. We hope to work with you again soon.
Excellent product and great communication
K R Sign Design have gone above and beyond to meet our requirements for the Urgent and Emergency Care Department at KMH Sherwood Forest Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.

We needed some brand specific floor…
We needed some brand specific floor graphics for our pharmacies and KR were fantastic at arranging samples, preparing proofs and then printing and delivering quickly. Great to have the option for bespoke print and design to support social distancing and COVID security.

Excellent service, we required a large whiteboard with text for one of our wards, this was required urgently to due to changes effecting our Hospital due to covid, KR DESIGN put together the design promptly, and delivery was within a couple of days, which worked out perfectly, the board look fantastic, great job Thank you.
