This is a fraud site. They overcharge for visas and then don't respond after you pay. After I filed a complaint with my cc company they reply back saying visa is processing. It's an e-visa should be received right away. Don't use them use the official Saudi visa site. This site needs to be shut down

Then you get ambiguous answers about the process. I ended up applying through the official website immediately after reading the reviews here. And I received my visa within 2 minutes. After that I filed a dispute claim to my bank and in the meantime I get an almost identical pdf document from the scammers (only font type and color are different). They managed to get the information of my approved visa from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs visa status query.

Report them to the authorities. You will get your money back.

Write a detailed email explaining how this site is misrepresenting itself and cheating people in the name of Saudi visas.

2. File a cybercrime complaint in your country
Report the website to your national cybercrime or online fraud authority.

3. Report the domain to GoDaddy
If the domain is registered or hosted with GoDaddy, file a complaint asking them to review and potentially suspend the domain for abuse or fraud.

MOST IMPORTANTLY – RAISE A DISPUTE WITH YOUR BANK
Open a dispute or chargeback with your bank/card provider and clearly explain how this site has misled or cheated you.
Share all available evidence, such as:

1. Chat or email history where their “customer care” is not giving any real update
2. Timeline: when you applied, how long it has been, and that nothing has progressed
3. Copies of emails you sent to:
Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs
Cybercrime authorities in your country

This is a scam. My credit card got charged USD for services quoted in SAR on their website. The official website is KSAVISA.SA and this scam website KSAVISA.COM just takes advantage of this. I tried calling my bank to cancel the transaction but it was too late. I hope they are caught and put to jail. Unbelievable that Google posts their ad at the very top when you search for Saudi Visa. With this scam going on for months, and with all this online info, they should have caught up. Google should also be held accountable for this.

I applied for a Saudi visa through them on 2 September 2025 and paid $400. It has been over three weeks with no updates, no response to my messages or requests, and no sign of progress.

This company is unprofessional and appears to be a scam. Save yourself the stress and go through official channels or reputable agencies instead.

They have taken my money in dollars and its been more than a month.
all they say when contacted on their webchat is IN Process. will send you as soon as possible.
will take 1 or 2 days.

i have sent emails to their contact @ksavisa.com several times to ask for update. they do not respond.

This website is a scam.
It appears on the first page of Google search results, even before the official Saudi Arabia government website for visa issuance. The site is defrauding many people by collecting large sums of money without delivering any visas.

Personally, I lost 1,800 USD for 4 Umrah visas, and the company completely stopped responding after payment. According to the website, it claims to be based in Dubai, but this is highly questionable and may be false.

This is a large-scale fraud, and urgent action is needed. Neither Google nor the Saudi authorities have taken visible action so far, despite numerous victims reporting the same issue.

We urge Google and the relevant authorities to block this fraudulent page, investigate the company behind it, and protect more travelers from being scammed.
