I applied for the visa for my trip to Riyadh on 20 January 2026.

I have just been informed by email that the visa has been issued although one month late (the visa has also not been attached), having cost me £333. I'm sorry but a terrible experience.

My travel agent had to reapply for a fast track visa so I could enter Riyadh on 20 January 2026.

Scam, please stay away from them

This is a fraud site. They overcharge for visas and then don't respond after you pay. After I filed a complaint with my cc company they reply back saying visa is processing. It's an e-visa should be received right away. Don't use them use the official Saudi visa site. This site needs to be shut down

Scammers. Before all, they ask 4x the price of the official website visa.visitsaudi
Then you get ambiguous answers about the process. I ended up applying through the official website immediately after reading the reviews here. And I received my visa within 2 minutes. After that I filed a dispute claim to my bank and in the meantime I get an almost identical pdf document from the scammers (only font type and color are different). They managed to get the information of my approved visa from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs visa status query.

Report them to the authorities. You will get your money back.
