they say response time is 24 hours, have sendt them 5 emails in 1 week no response.
finally had to call them but they are of no help, asked to call embassy.

Very quick service by City Tours, I bought visa from them and I got it within few hours.

Very prompt service and straight to the point regarding the issuance of KSA visit visa. Would highly recommend anyone to go through them rather than applying on your own as there are issues arising currently.

I always apply for KSA E-Visa by my own as it is easy and quick, Recently my visa was send to embassy and evisa was not issued.
I found City Tours online, where I got in touch with Mr.Omar and he issued my visa as soon as I shared the documents. They are professional and great with the services.

Great experience. Could complete the whole process through WhatsApp chat only. Payment was done by bank transfer. And they guaranteed the KSA visa for a slight extra fee. My visa was in "sent to embassy" status when I did separate. I chose them and they did my visa easily.
