I have visited KSM Motorsports website and send them a message through inbox. Without buying anything and just requesting information for my projects (BMW E36 and a Subaru Impreza WRX) for the fuel injectors to be used, the customer support team provided very important information that helped me make the right choice! Excellent service!

The injectors we supply are tested, and defects of the nature described are extremely rare. Had such an issue occurred, we would have expected the matter to be reported to us so that we could investigate and assist under our standard support and warranty procedures.
We would welcome the opportunity to review your case. Please contact us directly with your order number and any supporting information so that we can investigate the matter thoroughly and work towards a fair resolution.
