Thank you for your feedback.
We are sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with the response time to your enquiry. However, we would like to clarify that no purchase was ever made, and therefore your review is not based on an actual transaction or experience with our products or services.
We strive to respond to all enquiries as accurately as possible, especially when technical information is involved. While we regret that our response time did not meet your expectations, providing correct information is always our priority.
As you were not a customer and did not place an order with us, we believe this review does not fairly reflect the quality of our products, shipping, or after-sales support, which are the services most customers evaluate when leaving reviews.
Nevertheless, we appreciate your feedback and will continue working to improve our response times.
Kind regards,
The KSM Motorsports Team
Poor quality Injectors!!
The company based in Cyprus sent me Temu quality Car injectors, these injectors bought from China and rebadged. Tried to return them, but the seller didn't want to assign the correct value to avoid import tax!
