Helpful and competitively priced company, been in touch with customer service a couple of times and all my questions have been answered within the end of the day. 10/10 customer service, ability to host node.js og python apps, SSH access and all for a very small price.

I rely very strongly the services supplied especially the VPS, and surprisingly over the years have never had any downtime, which is rare. Any maintenance has been given advanced warning for and have allowed us to prepare etc.

As we develop our MMO there’s a ton to think about and it can be very stressful. It’s really nice to have this part going through KSWeb’s custom solution. Highly recommend.

The service is great, the fact that there's a discord server where on average you can get a reponse in under ~12 hours is great rather than opening a ticket just for a small question.
