I use the Atavism Cloud and Hosting services. When the Atavism kit was updated to a new major version it was pretty painless. There was a tool provided by Helix that allowed you to run the upgrade manually so that you had a choice on when to upgrade rather than it being forced on you. The Atavism Cloud service provides a quality server that allows you to get up and running with very little input on your end. Comparing it to setting up my own Atavism server manually and there is no comparison to the Atavism Cloud service's ease of use/setup. The regular webhosting comes with several 1 click installers and many other tools. Definitely would recommend this service to anyone looking for excellent customer service and quality servers!

I have been working with Helix for several years as a customer. I have had both my game server and my website on his servers. We have had no problems with our server. He is patient with the paypal payments. I will definitely trust him with more of my business in the future. He is also a delightful person who communicates well. The costs are very reasonable. He even responds to my stupid questions and explains it all.

I'm currently using KS Web for my Atavism server. It really just works and pretty much everything is automated and easy to navigate through saving me a lot of time. Besides that, an updater is also offered so you don't need to bother with that whenever a new Atavism update is launched.
At last the support is top notch and almost feels like a 24/7 livechat! Truly no negatives experienced from my end at least.

The service from North regarding my Atavism service has been outstanding. First the actual setup was incredibly quick and efficient. All questions were answered promptly and then when additional questions were asked, the personal help through the Atavism channel was superb and very fast. Cannot recommend this company enough. After purchasing Atavism, game development framework, I realized that I needed a server. In less than an hour of research, I decided on North Networking. They have excellent video tutorials on setting up and getting started.
It took ~5 minutes. I was logged in, using my newly purchased software package. And that was comforting. I didn't need to worry about pricing, its scalable and affordable.

Very easy to set up the cloud machine, especially the integration with Atavism framework. Amazing experience, haven't experienced any downtime so far.
