Ordered some components like some RARE ICs and 16pin USB-C headers for my university project. Items arrived in 100% factory grade condition. Satisfied with the rates, services, products, and quality. On placing order, recieved a photo proof of my shipment on WhatsApp, something not even robu does.

I ordered from Ktron.in, and my experience was flawless from start to finish. The product was delivered on time, and everything I ordered was exactly as described. Their packaging was neat — each component came in its own clear polybag (each nicely labelled). Not even a single item was missing or wrong. That alone puts them leagues ahead of most others.

What impressed me even more was their top-notch support. I had forgotten to add a few items to my order, so I called their support number — and surprisingly, got through on my first try. The representative was extremely helpful. They asked me to place another order and let them know. I did so, and they clubbed both orders and refunded the second shipping fee the very next day. I called again to confirm the refund and again, got through instantly. Truly rare service in this space.

They usually ship the same day (if you order before the courier cutoff time) or the next day — just like they clearly mention on their site. I had selected Tirupati Courier (the cheapest and fastest option) and received the package within 2 days, and to my surprise, it was air-shipped! You don’t usually see that with low-cost couriers like Delhivery, DTDC, or Bluedart.

Ktron.in has earned my complete trust. I'll definitely continue purchasing from them. They’re setting the standard for electronics components service in India.

My experience with other sites (for comparison):
HNHCart.com: Hit or miss. They missed some items in my ₹9000 order but refunded ₹400 after I sent video proof. They sometimes send incorrect items and their support line is a pain to reach — took me 90 auto-redial attempts to get through.

Robodo.in: The worst. For a ₹2800 order, they didn’t send items worth ₹460. Despite sending clear video proof, they claimed all items were sent and stopped responding. Their contact number is dead, and there’s zero support apart from a cold email after a week. Avoid them at all costs.

I really have a very good experience with this company, I have been ordering from them since 2023. Mostly I have ordered small components for my electronic projects. The best part is the price, but deliver charge is something that I have to pay every time. As far as my experience this is a very good company. Keep it up

I ordered about for Rs 2.7K and they delivered within a week, the packing was good and also they see the notes you send them while placing order. The only thing i didn't like is that they didn't offer free shipping i have to pay 150rs extra on even of order worth 2700rs
