I am posting this review based on my order

I am posting this review based on my real WhatsApp conversation with Robodo support.

From Feb 16, 2026, my order was pending. On Feb 24, tracking showed:

Pickup registered

Pickup employee out for pickup

Out for pickup

But the shipment was never actually picked up.

When I followed up, I clearly told them:

“I’ve been waiting for a proper response, and the delay is completely unacceptable. Taking this long to reply is highly unprofessional and honestly makes it look like a scam.”

They replied:

“Sir, it was not picked up by the courier, we will send it by air today.”

Even after that promise, the tracking remained stuck. No proper update. No proof of dispatch.

On Feb 25, I repeatedly asked:

Is it genuinely dispatching or not?

If not shipped today, refund and close the order.

Why does this website even exist if you cannot respond properly?

Instead of giving a clear update, they kept repeating messages and even copied my own message back to me.

Finally they said:

“Your order dispatched yesterday by Air.”

But still no proper tracking confirmation or movement update.

🚫 ROBODO – A Complete Disappointment. Beware Before You Lose Your Money.

I regret ever trusting Robodo. I placed an order, paid in advance, and after that—silence. No delivery, no update, nothing.

Their customer care number is useless—nobody picks up.
Their email support is a joke—no replies at all.

This kind of behavior is what you expect from a scam operation, not a genuine company. They happily take your money and then completely vanish. Anyone planning to buy from them should think twice unless you are ready to be ignored and cheated.

Robodo has shown zero professionalism, zero responsibility, and zero honesty in my experience. I’m sharing this so others don’t fall into the same trap.

It's been a 10 days still i have not…

It's been a 10 days still i have not received my order(#16096).
No proper communication.
Mailed them multiple times but no response in these 10 days.
I have trusted and purchased from robodo for my project work but now because of the robodo carelessness i got delay in my project work.
I will not recommend this to anyone.
Thank god i have selected COD option, else i would have lost my money to them.

Scam website. Stay away. Missing items, no customer support. Disappointed

I ordered electronics items worth ₹3050 from Robodo.in (Order #12779, delivered June 14, 2025, via BlueDart). Upon receiving the package, I immediately shot a video while unboxing, only to find that items worth ₹459 were missing from the shipment.

I emailed them right away with the list of missing items and attached a Google Drive link to the unboxing video as proof. I also provided my refund details.

What followed was extremely frustrating:

No response for over a week.

The phone number listed doesn't work — it either doesn't ring or is never answered. No WhatsApp support, even though most ecommerce businesses now have one. Their website chat is non-functional, showing no signs of real-time help.

After multiple reminder emails, they finally responded — and simply claimed that "all the products in your order have been successfully shipped" without addressing the video proof or missing item list.

This shows a complete lack of accountability and zero respect for customer experience. To me, this feels like a scam — taking money for products they didn't ship and then stonewalling valid complaints.

I strongly advise others to avoid ordering from Robodo.in, especially if you're placing a large order or relying on timely delivery of all components. If something goes wrong, you're essentially on your own. Try purchasing only from reputed websites. So far, my experience with Robu.in has been good.

The place is a scam.

The place is a scam.

They sold me a defective battery and then accuse me of tampering with the battery just to deny the replacement.

When I countered with the argument that changing one connector to suit my application doesn't count as tampering, they stopped replying to my emails despite repeated reminders.

I am an experienced engineer well aware and extremely well trained on lithium ion batteries therefore these accusations are baseless and are an excuse to escape responsibility.

They are definitely a fly by night business from this behavior.

Each email from them took almost two days to reply, further making this experience more exasperating.

I'd stay away from them and so should you.
Please beware.

Did not send the complete order/ no contact

I placed an order on 06th Oct 2024. Took them 11 days to dispatch the order, and then i did not receive my complete order. They do not have a phone line where i can contact them. They have only one working email, which takes about 1 day to respond to your query if they respond at all. Other emails do not respond at all. They also have a online chat option. They person on the other ends takes atleast 20 mins to reply to every message you send. VERY bad experience. I have no clue if i will get the rest of my order or not!!!

Good experience

Good experience, bought a couple of motors and drivers, had issues connecting the motor so asked them for help, they replied late but solution was provided nonetheless.
Will buy again.

try not to buy from they ,definitely not place replacement request, both money and product will be gone

ordered 2 ac torque motors worth 1900rs…
ordered 2 ac torque motors worth 1900rs .images showed a motor with side shaft but got motors with central shafts. so could not fit in my machines. i demanded replacement ,they agreed and arranged pickup via ekart. i constantly kept in touch via mail to them, after almost 10 days they mailed me that they received damaged and used product from my side so can't replace or return money.
they played well , now i requested them to return whatever they received because i knew products were not damaged. ..they have stopped replying
