Signing up was easier than I had expected and the required information to access the portal was provided in a simple way. I was a little surprised that everything was pre-paid even for corporate clients but thats a small price to pay for the convenience and for a product that works well. The communication from the sales team was very responsive ( even after we signed up!) useful and helpful.

The rep that answered my web chat went over and beyond to help me figure out how I can use their service with Calendly. We will likely become paying customers know that he help me figure it out and I'm really impressed. The reps name may have been Doug ?

I'm a relatively new customer to Burst SMS, but have had good results with the two SMS campaigns I have sent thus far. I particularly like how I can send and track my custom URL's. I find the email to SMS feature really handy too for handling customer replies. Cool stuff.

Burst SMS is the 4th SMS gateway I've tried. The others are painful to setup, due to long drawn out convoluted technical integration or (more often) wading through the maze of commercial bulls**t.

It's a SMS gateway. Not an ERP.
It should be simple to setup, integrate and try before you buy.

Simple intuitive CMS-style admin panel, fair pricing, demo credit to get started without 'approval' from some salesman 3 days after I want to use it.

Coming from a more traditional marketing background, I was hesitant at first to use SMS to reach my clients - especially since I am not tech savy at all. Thankfully Burst SMS is incredibly easy to use, even for someone with no prior SMS marketing knowledge. I was able to launch my first sale alert campaign in about 5 minutes!

I use to send out newsletters to my subscribers every time I had a sale, and that would give me roughly 450 sales within the week. Once I started sending out SMS sale alerts, my weekly sales have increased to 1600! I find that sending SMS messages also gave me instant results, compared to what I have done in the past.
