Easy to set up and we got great engagement from the audience who used it.

Great to have human faces behind the service. Makes the service a pleasure to use, even when there are some problems.

Obviously, nobody wants problems, hence the -1 star.

We had a scenario where Burst SMS made some changes on their service to accommodate our unique request with respect to API calls. That's a +1.

Wish they had a DIY MMS send facility! It is currently assisted.

Great support from their Sydney team. Burst is a super cost effective and very easy platform to use! Thanks so much.

Only used it a couple of times but not completely sold. Im sure there is better functionality available on other platforms and I really would like it to integrate without an intermediary app (Zapier).

text preview wasn't working correctly.
removed opt-out then got error msg - only when i ca;led did i get info why
no info when importing list about how it should be formatted - caused major issues later

Maria was amazing in providing an outstanding customer service. She was able to solve my doubts and helped me to set-up new parent/child accounts in minutes. Coming from a large corporation that has used many cheap and premium tier 1 carriers I have allot of experience dealing with all aspects of SMS providers.

Pre sales was great. Easy setup and instant access.

The console was modern, user friendly, bootstrapped and full of all required features that many other competitors don't have.

API is simple to use, well documented and took 10 minutes to hook in to our in house customised platforms.

Very happy with delivery. Have had no complaints about sending or receiving.

Was still not able to send sms on chinese characters n d viewing guide is incorrect im showing the full content on screen vs what was actually received and the actual sms received was blank message

The Interface and Deliver-ability of messages are very good.

It took us some time to figure out how to create our SMS, the website wasn't entirely intuitive, however the program worked very effectively once we had configured our job.
