I purchased a Kugoo wish 01 for my son for Christmas problem with the battery it’s not doing the range it should be, contacted customer service on WhatsApp they stopped replying, I also contacted them by email still no reply.

I went to the website and reviewed the dirt bike and the review I left isn’t showing, so they pick and choose what reviews we leave stay clear of this company for your own sake.

Do not use ive had the g booster 2 months and the handlebars have a wobble and wont tighten contacted them because its under warranty there answer you didnt buy it direct…. And 🤷‍♂️ also we dont make it anymore the model, gone to citizens advice over this

Do not order from this company!! I ordered a particular scooter that was showing in stock online and got confirmation. Eight days later I had heard nothing so emailed to ask if it was shipped. They eventually replied and said they no longer had that model and could they give a different model. I immediately requested a refund and they just kept ignoring me asking would I take a different one. I have asked multiple times for a refund and they are now ignoring me. I am down a lot of money before Christmas. I'm not letting this go. The customer service is dreadful and they will not return my money.

Beware of this company complete scammers bought a scooter was told i can choose from poster of 3 gifts so i asked for 1 i was told to write a review 2 weeks ago i emailed them and text to be told i need proof of my review to be told theres s gift on its way but i cant choose these are complete scammers beware 😡😡😡

This is my second terrible review on this website, after the first review kugoo contacted me telling me they wished to fix the trouble I was having with a brand new scooter, then that was the last I heard from them, DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY, THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT WHEN YOUR SCOOTER STOPS WORKING THEY WILL NOT RESPOND TO YOUR EMAILS

Tras haberme llegado el scooter, envié un e-mail diciendo que me mandase el regalo (obsequio) que me iban a mandar por la compra del scooter, me contestaron rápidamente tras 6 días, me ha llegado el regalo, que al final quise el candado mas que la bolsa. Realmente, prueben kugo-scooter el servicio para mi ha sido increíble la verdad.

If I could give negative star, I would. We have purchased 2 scooters from Kugoo USA. Both scooters failed in under a year. We started the warranty process with them. They responded initially, but now they avoid all emails and do not respond. We are now over $2,500 and both scooters are garbage. Beware of the lack of help. You can't call and they don't return emails.

Scam . I lost 259 euros.
They say out of stock and never deliver not reimburse

Piece of junk! Kugoo/Kukirin same company and is a piece of junk! Horrible company, terrible customer service, never reply to emails, will not help with problems, and forget making a return for a defective scooter!

Ive seen alot of negative comments here and i dont i know why.
Ive had an absolute wonderful experience and the team was beyond helpful and got exactly what i needed as if was a rare part for a new version scooter. Id 10000% recommended Kugoo and ill defo be using them again

This company is a scam. Dont respond to email, dont deliver. Stay away

Hände weg von diesem Anbieter, mein Sohn hat sich einen Scooter bestellt und ein Versand innerhalb 24 Stunden wird auf der Webside versprochen. Nach einigen Tagen an denen nichts geschickt wurde hab ich (Vater) mich mit dem Anbieter und seiner Webside auseinandergesetzt. Nichts bei dem Anbieter ist wahr! Alle Links bezüglich Versandinformation, Kundenanfragen usw. führen ins nichts! Mehrez sofortige Stornierungen des Auftrages werden vom Anbieter beharrlich ignoriert und es wird überhaupt nicht darauf eingegangen! Im Gegenteil, es wird auf Zeit geschunden um dann nach einer Lieferung ( wann auch immer u. was auch immer dann ankommt) es dem Kunden schwer zu machen! Der Anbieter sitzt in China und vermutlich wird auch von dort versendet! Hab mit Paypal bezahlt! Warum Paypal solch dubiose Anbieter mit solch kriminellen Machenschaften duldet ist mir ein Rätsel! Also Leute Finger weg, das spart euch einen Haufen Ärger!!!

i ordered a G2 Mac for £800. on what looked like an official website it even let me pay with Klara. My order still is awaiting shipping three weeks after i made my 1st payment. Nobody is responding to my emails. The live chat function does not work. This is clearly a scam.

Scooter arrived and the handle bar was super loose , tried numerous times to contact company for a replacement part and didn’t even reply at all , absolutely terrible service would never order again

The scooter for me is fine but when I’m trying to put race mode on it wobbly a lot although the sport mode is fine but their customer support is very very very bad, I email them many time contact them but it seems like there avoiding my email or ignoring me.

Pire trotinette de marde , problème avec le chargeur qui vient brûlant solide au point de débrancher , guidon lousse , batterie qui vibre en mode turbo j'ai faite que 830 km avec bin déçu !!!

Avoid at all costs, bought m4pro, stoped charging after 4 months tried email, texts etc,goes nowhere, company doesn't exist, when you try to rivew on Google or FB ur ghosted saying only for customers that purchased

I have really enjoyed this scooter so far! Ita fast and comfortable. I love the fact the seat is removable. It has great assesories and the charge is fast and last hours! Definitely recommend if you are looking for a fast and durable scooter with comfort and a great look!
