I saw on their website the lightning speed communication and their 5-7 working days delivery. Both of them is very bad, no communication towards their customers, the tracking number is in polish AND they 'lost' my package..and ofcourse no communication afterwards regarding my package nor solution. Now i would like to receive an refund as i dont want anything to do with this company but guess what? No communication! Tried to email or call several adresses but no respond to anything. They are trying to avoid my refund now by ghosting me...again
Overall...think good and read other reviews before spending money in this company

No warranty follow up! My motor died after 30 days. I even paid extra for an extended warranty but cant even get a response on when they will send it.

I wouldn't buy from here I bought kugoo scooter when first come out the only thing wrong then was having to tighten the screws everyday but now buying upto date version all cheap parts when you hit any bump it sounds like it wants to break, it won't last 2 weeks, mine arrived scratched I thought if the quality was good I'd forget about the scratch and keep it but it was so bad I tried send it back and they wanted it sent back without them paying for delivery over £150 return. I wouldn't bother and if you pay from PayPal the customer service is Chinese so is kugoo so do the maths your not getting your money back.

Stay away bought a scooter for my son for Xmas and the charger broke, it keeps over heating.. Emailed loads of times to be told the person dealing with my issue has taking leave....

Hi I'm sorry to say this, but I also bought an M4 pro a week ago and the rear disc is crooked and rubbing. After 3 days, the fender broke and I have only traveled 40 kilometers. How can I send and sell damaged new equipment? This means that they produce mass-produced scooters and not all scooters they test and do not check the last time I buy a product from this company. It is not a joke, you are risking human health by installing damaged parts, and what would happen if the disc broke while driving?

bought a kugoo m4 pro new version in December for my son £429 whem it arrived the lights didn't work I contacted them by email and the replied saying send video with I did the no reply the the scooter stopped working after 3 days emailed them over 10 times now and do not reply very bad company PLEAEE.DONT BUY THIS RUBBISH FAULTY CHINESE RUBBISH AND VERY BAD COMPANY SUPPOSED TO HAVE 12 MONTHS GARENTEE WHAT A JOKE THIS COMAPY IS RIPPING PAOPLE OFF BIG TOME SENDING FAULTY ITEMS WHAT ARE NIT FIT FOR PURPOSE

I’ve ordered the product on 23/10/2023 and received it on 31/10/2023. I've directly reported there was a fault with the scooter on the same day via mail to service_kugoo-ireland.com. After a couple of days, the product stopped working so we're unable to use it at all. I've reported all of this with videos to them via the mail they provided.
I asked to return the item for a full refund, I've had to mail them several times in order to get a response and in their responses, they’ve proposed things such as shipping the scooter to Poland for them to fix but I have to pay for the shipping fee which would cost as much as the scooter. The other option they proposed was to find a repair shop to fix it and they'll cover the cost if it's not too much, I've given them quotes of the repair shops but had no response from them.
There’s no phone number to contact them and only way is via mail and you have to chase them up in order to receive a reply.

I’ve filed a complaint to them via European Consumer Centre (Ireland) so waiting to see how that goes.
There’s no service or support, they don’t care about their brand reputation. Don’t buy from them, buy from a local provider that can provide support or an online retailer that you can trust.

Avoid this company at all costs, they’re just scamming people with faulty products. You pay them for nothing but problems.

They don't have any after sales care. If you contact them by any means you can find; the first reply again gives the impression of prompt after sales service, your hopes are raised. After the initial response, you will receive reply's, if you receive any at all which are increasingly frustrating, do not relate to anything you have asked, and I am now convinced are intended to test the patience of a saint, until that saint gives up; disappointed, frustrated and angry, at the appalling way they treat their customers with contempt.

Bought a kugoo m4 pro came in 3 days which was fast BUT this scooter claims to be 18ah battery and can last about 37miles before dying but i have tested mine and can only get about 8 miles before i have to charge it and thats not even in gear 3 thats in gear 2, also most of the screws come become loose and need constant tightening, i have had the scooter 3 weeks and have done 38miles but it needed charging 5 times to do that many miles, their specs are fake and dishonest if you weigh over 75kg this will last you 5 miles on full charge i was not bothered to return it as i knew the headache this would be as it was shipped from abroad, so ive basically lost out on £443!!!

This company should be closed!!! Waitin on scooter for Xmas present and it hasn’t arrived turns out it’s a restricted order and the currier will not deliver it nor can I collect it. All Kuggo fault and they do not answer emails at all

I bought a kugo scooter for my sons birthday . Still no sign of it even though it said it would be shipped within 8 days. Absolute shambles. No communication. No reassurance. I will never buy from this company again.

N'achetez jamais une trottinette Kugoo Kirin. La mienne est tombé en panne au bout de 6 mois et ils ne réparent pas, n'echangent pas et ne remboursent pas.

Just received my g3 pro scooter and it's faulty will not charge only goes 9mph when should go 40 displaying error code and checked Manuel and the error code isn't even in there says 3 bars of battery then 1 and then 2 can't make its mind up please do not buy from this terrible company sent loads of emails tried to call but received nothing back typical the company is in China so ...

Ils m’on baladé pendant plus d’un mois à me faire remplir des documents pour rien et maintenant plus de réponses de gros voleurs !!!!

Délai de livraison respecté colis arrivé en bon état ,je l ai essayé elle fonctionne nickel rien à dire.
C est le meilleur jouet que j' ai jamais eu.au top

I've tried to cancel the order as it was made by mistake a moment after placing it. No one replied to my e-mails so then a week later I refused the delivery with the DPD guy and now I need to pay PayPal credit instalments!!!

I've sent dozens of e-mails and no one from this company ever replied to me, their phone number is dead and PayPal doesn't want to help as I refused the delivery so it's not under buyer protection! I reported them as a fraud to the police.

J'ai commandé il y a peu la kugoo g4, et elle ne fonctionne tout simplement pas ! Je l'ai payé 899 euros !!

I bought a Kugoo M3 from kugoo-ireland.com in end of July. I just needed a scooter for 6 month as I`m getting a driver licence. Last than 2 months and I can`t ride the scooter anymore. The steering pole is getting loose at the botton and there is no way to tighten it as it`s the covered part. I first took it to a scooter repair shop to see if it could be tightened and the guy said it could not be fixed, that would be broken soon and I should not ride it anymore as it could break while I was riding it. He also said he doesn’t`sell Kugoo scooters anymore as customers used to have a lot of problems with their scooters that seems to be made by “cheap pieces”.
I decided them to contact Kugoo customer service and every email used to take 2 days to be responded. They asked me for a video showing the problem and I sent it to them. Two days later they sent me a video showing how to tighten. The problem is on the video they sent my scooter don`t have the part showing on the video and also it wasn`t the part I was having problem. I sent another email to with pictures of my scooter showing them my it wasn`t the same as the video but anyway that wasn`t what needs to be fixed, it`s the piece below that and it couldn`t be reached.
They replied saying that if I don`t know how to tighten it I could take it to a scooter shop and ask them to it and they would cover anything up to 15 euros hahaha.
I took it to another shop and after trying for a while the guy said the same thing. The piece is covered, can`t be tighten and will break soon.
I sent an email to customer service again saying what happened and they decided just to ignore it and not reply anymore.
I recommend anyone to never buy anything from them.
