Completely scam.

Completely scam.. After I was charged for the ticket I got an automated reply that the process did not proceed due to a technical problem. And that I will have to wait 3 days to get the money back

Only ok if you don’t have issues with your flight

I’ve purchased a few tickets via this service (in total for more than 700$) so you would expect them at least try to resolve issues if there are any, right?
When one of the airlines canceled the flight the only thing this provider could do is offer a forced refund - which would take up to 30 days and they take almost 40$ out of this refund as fees for their “service” so you’ll get miserable 100$ back, can you imagine what alternative flight you can buy for this money? Probably none
When I wanted to have a call with someone to spare myself some time cause you know emails just take long and they lead nowhere, they told me they don’t have any.

When I’ve asked if they can change my other flight (which is connected to the one cancelled) in the way the final destination is another City in that country and even for the flight with the same airline they told - it’s prohibited. BUT when I called directly to airline about this change, they were totally okay with that and gave me a calculation within 1working day.

So basically if you have any issues with your flight you tell “goodbye” to your money cause the only thing they want is to take their fees and do nothing.
NEVER AGAIN!

Sold a premium economy flight that was…

Sold a premium economy flight that was a basic economy ticket. Refund has been processed by the airline but Kupi have not refunded. They are unresponsive to my messages. 9100220426
The below reply is a lie. I have email confirmation the refund was issued by the airline and sent to you. Please issue my refund.
The airline have confirmed payment being sent to you. I am now being told it could take 30 days to resolve the case. Not issue payment but “resolve”. This is a scam of a site.
They have falsely advertised a ticket and are now holding on to my money that has been issued by airline to them.
They have now admitted that they have received a refund from the airline but still have not sent it to my account.
This is a complete scam of a company

Hello JM! Thank you for number. Your ticket cannot be refunded, it is prohibited by the airline's fare rules. Also, your ticket is issued in the airline's individual reservation system. Such systems have small technical peculiarities, because of which Kupi.com specialists do not have access to the reservation. You need to contact the airline directly for more information on the exchange. If you still manage to fly – the ticket is valid and you can use it 💚

Unforgettable!

My friends and I flew to Madrid from Cologne in September. Just the three of us. It was a great trip: sunsets, dancing, aperol, parties, beautiful Spanish men. We saw all of Madrid in 10 days. We bought tickets on kupi.com - flights were great, tickets were sent to the mail immediately after purchase. I have no complaints about the service. Madrid is a magical city. Friends, fly and vacation more often - it is so invigorating and inspiring!

Convenient for a group of friends

Every year on September 1, my friends and I go on a bicycle trip for 3 days to different countries. This tradition is already 5 years old. We have been to Turkey, Montenegro, Croatia, Italy and this year we went to Spain. The views were incredible! We had a great time. Saves my time

I have liked traveling since I was a child. When I was a child, my parents and I went to Europe 2 times. It was Munich and Paris. Since that time my interest in traveling has only grown. Now I make from 5 to 10 trips per year. In the last 3 trips I bought tickets on kupi.com . It's more convenient for me than to look for connections and make routes, now the service does it for me. Easy and fast + great support

It was very easy and convenient to buy tickets for round trip Tivat-Dubai as this app showed me much more transer options.
but the best was the support - i had transfer in turkey and on way back i've missed my flight. Kupi's support responded very quickly and helped me to book another flight. Very helpful service and great experience

SCAM APP & FRAUD COMPANY

Never in your life buy tickets from this app and this company. They’re scammers and the company is a FRAUD. Can’t imagine that such kind of SCAM companies still exists.
You will be left without tickets and your money. The customer service intentionally doesn’t answer your queries until it’s too late, and it takes months or years to get your refund in case of flight cancellations or any other troubles. But mostly, you won’t get any response and any refund at all. They will make up lies, and they’re not interested in resolving your issues with tickets as well as they don't care about any laws or regulations.
I bought tickets in November 2021 and still fighting to get the refund for at least the refundable part of them. They never responded to my cancellation requests until the day before the flight. Then they provided incorrect information about the ticket’s fairs and at the end they just refused to do anything, basically confirming that they stole from me.

FRAUDULENT/ILLEGAL FLIGHTS
Needed a flight from Dublin to Philippines. Kupi.com listed that they have a flight from Dublin - Helsinki-Bangkok(via Finnair) - then Bangkok to the Philippines(via Thai Airways). Booked the flight grand - Had all the covid vaccines and documents ready - got on the plane to Helsinki - now my girlfriend is in Helsinki airport, next thing we know the flight itenerary that Kupi.com listed was not officially allowed as to covid restrictions. She wasnt't allowed on the plane. She is now stuck has nowhere to go. Accodring to the Transfer Assistance staff - the Itenerary that we have is against covid restrictions and shouldn't have been listed in the first place. As any flights from Finland to Bangkok should not be used as Transists or transfers to flights to other countries. So technically the FLIGHT ITENERARY they offered is technically ILLEGAL as it does not follow the current travel restricitons which makes their Service FRAUDULENT or a SCAM. - got in touch with their customer service saying that it is the customers fault that they booked the flight without reaseach - wherein they should have not listed it in the first place as the flight Itenerary does not follow Travel restritcions - this is due to the Agent/Company's negligence - listing itenerary's that shouldnt have been offered in their site to begin with - fooling customers. They are not offering any refund nor compensation - they can only do a refund if the "passenger dies or becomes ill due to the flight schedule changing" absolutely horrendus and their company should be audited or shutdown.

in my opinion - if they offer illegal flights who knows what other illegal stuff they are offering
