All products were delivered in the anticipated time despite the three days’ delay in Kweli Shop receiving the bank transfer. My only issue is the fridge is overheating on both sides. We can’t tell the cause.

Unhappy customer
Customer service is still very poor with slow rate of responses rate. I had to follow up every now and then for the same things with no communication or update on my order.
Delivery was even worse it took almost 1-2 weeks of follow up for them to deliver the good. in my case delivery instructions was not follow recipient was not contacted prior to the delivery...
