Just one observation: they hardly have any designer perfumes anymore; now there are many more Arabic perfumes. I don't mean to say they're bad; many are spectacular, but in my case, I went as always looking for brands I use, and they're no longer there.

There was a lady that was there was helping me not the one that spoke Spanish, but the other one I didn’t it seems like she really didn’t wanna help me. I could be wrong, but this is how I felt and it was really strange cause every time when I go in there always feel welcomed.

Thank you for your review Fredajo, and thank you for you all your previous orders/visits in the past. If the sales person was with an additional attendant it's because she/he is being trained. Most likely she was just watching and learning the system rather than being directly involved with the sales process. We'll let the staff know as well, but I do know we are onboarding new staff for the coming high season. We appreciate the opportunity to serve you fragrance needs and thank you for your business!
They neef to improve the waiting time ..
I love buying at Labelle however i only give them 3 stars because the waiting time is way too long . I went to get 2 perfumes and it took 1 hour fon someone to help me . Their prices are great and variety but they need to do better with the waiting time.

We apologize for the wait, on weekends based on the demand there can be expected wait times. We are actively working to onboard more employees for the high season , you may have seen a few training which unfortunately can slow the process down a bit as well. We do offer in store pick up , which you may purchase online and skip the in store wait. This is an option if you'r win a hurry, you're online account can have access to your same in store prices based on your email! We can help you set that up if you're interested. La chica que me atendió
La chica que me atendió, súper amable, rebasó mis expectativas, me gustó mucho, su manera de presentar el producto y que no fue odiosa con los probadores, todo lo contrario compré una fragancia por sugerencia de ella.
Ojalá y sea ella la que me atienda la próxima ocasión que llegue a la tienda.
