Disappointed and feel betrayed

I am really upset and feel scammed because I have been a customer for over a year and I tried to stock up on the liquidation sale and bought 400 dollars worth of product and have only received 2 bags! When I check tracking info with fedex, it says all my stuff was delivered on April 24. It’s may 12 and I didn’t receive anything so why is fedex showing it was delivered and also I got no email from ladyboss showing my receipt? I love their products but I’m very disappointed and upset that I may not even get my products or my money back as they are now closed. They’re closed but they’re still sending emails and texts pushing the liquidation sale!

There are several consumers who are not…

There are several consumers who are not receiving their orders or receiving any updates…LadyBoss’s phone is no longer in service and apparently the email isn’t working also. This is very upsetting to everyone who has purchased products previously…not good business practice or communication to consumers

Do not order from this company

Do not order from this company! Their customer service is the worst I’ve ever dealt with. They also sent me an order I did not place for twice the money of the pricing online! They don’t answer phones and take two weeks to respond to emails.

Terrible Tech Support and 4 weeks with NO tracking info at all

I was very excited to buy this for my wife from the liquidation sale on (4/14/22) because she has been wanting to try it so badly. However I am very displeased, I understand it is a busy time but I still (almost 4 weeks after purchase) have not even gotten a tracking number, I spent $150 dollars and I have written kind emails with NO response. I have politely written in the HUB for just at least tracking info and I get no response and it gets moved to the "previous case history" Luckily I went through Paypal and because of having no response at all I will be asking for my money back for SERVICES NOT RENDERED. Hope you all have better luck and a better experience.
EDIT: They finally emailed me back to remind me there are NO returns or refunds yet still told me that I have to wait because they were not well prepared enough to handle the influx of orders.

Still the Best

I ordered the second day of the liquidation sale and after weeks of not receiving any confirmation emails or seeing movement on my hub account for my order I contacted support via email. It took a few days for a response which I knew with the influx of emails would happen. Megan was able to address my concern and assure me that I would still receive my order. Thank you for always having such wonderful customer service!

I placed an order on the 13th was told…

I placed an order on the 13th was told there would be an delay and that orders placed on the 13-15th would ship by April 28th. On the 30th I was told they do not know when my order will ship. It’s May 9th and my order still says processing. It’s people who ordered after the 13th who have their orders already while people who ordered on the 13th is still waiting. Stop sending emails telling people to buy more stuff. The only emails I want to see are updates on my order. How can you sell more stuff when you are short staffed and can’t fill your current orders? Ladyboss does not care about their customers.

Seriously I’m just know receiving a response to my review. I posted this review a month ago. Since then I have already cancelled my order and received my refund. So I don’t need you to look up my account but thank you.

Now that lady boss is no longer a…

Update on June 13, 2022.

After reading what Ladyboss comment. I did check to see if I have received a shipping confirmation and I have not. This is a true lie. I’m beginning to think I got screwed and might have to take some legal action.

Now that lady boss is no longer a company. I put an order in in April and still has not received it nor have I got any communication from Customer Service even when I’ve sent an email out to them. This is my first time experiencing this and I find it very frustrated that there’s no communication whatsoever.

Where's the rest of my stuff???

I ordered a bag of lean, 2 bottles of greens and a sample packet of a different flavor of lean. I received a tracking number for all the items HOWEVER when my package arrived I only received the bag of lean. I want to know where my greens are. I've sent several emails, IF YOU'RE NOT GOING TO SEND THE PRODUCT YOU CAN REFUND ME FOR THE 2 BOTTLES AND SAMPLE PACKET. I wonder if your company went under because you have the worst customer service EVER. I'm glad I'll never deal with you again. (:

I will say, that some Liquidation Sale orders were fulfilled from both of our warehouses. Which means orders are shipped out in separate shipments and separate tracking confirmation emails are sent for each, once they have been shipped out.

I ordered a sample pack (before they announced they were going out of business) and never received. Sent an email and have not received a response. Tried to call, but the phone is disconnected since they are now going out of business.

Order not received

Update-I did receive my order. Yes it was late, but I was beginning to get nervous that I had paid for something I would never receive.

When my order was received, the company had thrown in a few extras which was really kind and not necessary, but VERY appreciated.

I should say, I was new to lady boss as of April 11 this year. That is when I placed my first order ever. Which came very fast. It was just a couple days later I received notice they were closing. I was pretty bummed I had just found these amazing products and now would have to find another replacement. I’m very thankful I was able to place an order for enough to last me quite a while. I’m quite positive anyone sho had been using ladyboss products will be missing you guys.

(Old)Well, I placed an order on 4/13/22 and another order on 4/14/22.

It is may 2. I have not received either order. Customer support has not responded to any of my emails.

Orders are paid for. They were not small orders either.

It is now may 5. Still have not received my orders. Have not heard from customer service. But I get daily emails trying to sell me more product.

I just want what I’ve already ordered and paid for.

May 16, still no product shipped to me.

Flavor is good

Flavor is good. Trying to figure out the best mixture. I think almond milk wins. Shipping took forever though so that would keep me from getting it again.

Getting Frustrated

I understand they had a large amount of orders with the liquidation sale, but if they send a direct email to someone saying their order will ship out either that day or the next and to expect it delivered within a week then it should be shipped out. As of today (almost 20 days since I ordered) my order is still “processing” and their support team hasn’t responded to me since the 19th of April.

Absolute garbage of a company.

Although this companies products are on the better side of products I have tried, this company is absolute GARBAGE!!! It’s no wonder they went out of business!! Their customer service is GOD awful, the owners are absolutely useless when dealing with their company and should really have had a better team to run their business. I have placed numerous orders with this company (since i really do love their products) and have had nothing but problem after problem after problem every single time. Don’t waste your money on this garbage company. I would much rather choke down a protein shake that tastes like chalk than ever support a company with such god awful morals and customer service skills.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I sincerely apologize for the long delays with your order. Our warehouse was extremely overwhelmed by the large influx of orders that came in with the sale.

We have been able to work with them to make some shifts in strategy to help get orders out the door faster, but even with the new implementation, the warehouse was struggling with keeping adequate staff, further slowing down the process.

Well, that wasn’t good enough for us, and it’s definitely not good enough for our customers. Instead of waiting for the warehouse to make accommodations, we sent our own internal team across the country to help get your orders out the door quicker! Since our amazing team arrived they’ve been able to double the number of orders being sent out daily and they have also been able to identify many opportunities to further speed up the process.

We are committed to the fulfillment of every last order.
