I originally got the free sample of the…

I originally got the free sample of the shakes all I had to pay was shipping. I then added in a sample pack of the meal bars. I only received the bars not any of the shake mixes.

I still haven’t received my order 2 1/2…

I still haven’t received my order 2 1/2 weeks later and it took me literally hours to get on the website to order something. I would cancel my order if I could.

We have been able to work with them to make some shifts in strategy to help get orders out the door faster, but even with the new implementation, the warehouse was struggling with keeping adequate staff, further slowing down the process.

Well, that wasn’t good enough for us, and it’s definitely not good enough for our customers. Instead of waiting for the warehouse to make accommodations, we sent our own internal team across the country to help get your orders out the door quicker! Since our amazing team arrived they’ve been able to double the number of orders being sent out daily and they have also been able to identify many opportunities to further speed up the process.

We are committed to the fulfillment of every last order, so much so that we are bringing in more of our team to help expedite delivery.

BUYER BEWARE

BUYER BEWARE. Lady Boss was having their sale and the site was running slow. That’s fine, I get it. However to my knowledge my purchase was never successful. However, I then had 3 separate charges from them on credit card statement! (On 4/14/22) I did not get any email confirmation of this so I reached out to their customer service asking for order confirmation, On 4/21/22. I got a generic response email saying they would respond in 24 hours. On 4/24/22 I emailed again. It is now 4/29/22 and I have not received product or a response ! I clearly stated I would be happy to receive the product…You know that is usually how business transactions work. Money for a service or good. And poor Miss Lady Boss said she was going out of business because of costs and here she goes scamming people!

I like the product but their customer…

I like the product but their customer service is TERRIBLE!!!! I placed an order on 04/13/22 for 3 boxes of birthday cake protein bars. So far all I had received was the order receipt!! I sent email after email, text after text and Facebook messages after Facebook messages and NO ONE would respond!!! I finally get an email on 04/26/22 that my order was received and there were some delays with Afterpay (the way I paid for it) but I would get an email confirmation once the order is shipped. Seriously!!!! Its been over 2 weeks!!!! The company is going out of business and I'm starting to wonder if it's because Kaelin the owner who talks like she has a bubble or spit in her mouth at all times or snot up her nose, is shady. I just want my money refunded at this point. Yeah they did a liquidation sale so their excuse is they are super busy but she should have been way better prepared for this. Way to go!

This is by FAR the best protein shakes…

This is by FAR the best protein shakes I’ve ever tried! I have been on protein shakes for probably 25 years now and her vanilla cake powder is the BEST and most nutritional powder I’ve had. It taste like you’re literally eating a piece of birthday cake 🎂 and it’s curved my cravings daily. I love it! I work for the USPS so I’m working 10-12 shifts 5-6 days a week running mail. So the shakes are my life! I soooo wish she wasn’t going out of business, cause what am I going to do now?! :( I definitely ordered 4 boxes of the single packets of the vanilla cake powder 🤫😂 So hopefully it will last me until the end of this year and I’m praying I can find another powder I love, like I do Lady Boss! 🙏🏼

I love the vanilla cake & strawberry…

I love the vanilla cake & strawberry shake. Just got the cinnamon roll which I wasn't too impressed with. I think it lacks flavor compared to the other two that I like. I've also tried the cookies and cream which is good too.

I use mine to make fruit and veggie smoothies!

This powder is amazing! I use a scoop in my smoothies. You can add, literally, any frozen vegetable, or fruit, to your smoothie and add a scoop of the Vanilla Birthday Cake Lean and you’d never know there were veggies in there. I add a tsp of apple cider vinegar or part of a jalapeño to the smoothie and it covers those flavors too.

LadyBoss Greens are a welcome addition!
