I had a tracking number and even it took a while to get it, the bag was delivered! The quality of the bag is great and I am very happy. I can recommend this shop! I ordered two bags which I just received and both are beautiful and appear to be of great quality. The shipping took a little time as to be expected. The bags were packed well. Will definitely order from here again!

This company honestly went above and beyondddddd!!! first of all, I’ve never had customer service reply to an email so quickly lol. and second of all, they were so so so kind, alleviated any worries or apprehension i had, and in the end, i got my amazingggggg bag!!
they even emailed me earlier today just to ask if i received it?! i’ve never encountered a company so genuine and thoughtful tbh!!
i ran into a neighbor in my apartment building when I wore the bag out for the first time today and she immediately was like where did you get that?! so hopefully i snagged them another future customer too!! lmaooo
