Love my new bag! Shipped fast and arrived when it was supposed to. Was a little skeptical when tracking didn’t move for a week and got nervous. Reached out to customer service and they promised to keep me updated which they did. They are very attentive with a fast response. Looking forward to ordering my next bag from them!
