I had my first session with Mr. Lalit Hundalani on December 23, 2021. I was overwrought, had low self-esteem and joined the TIY journey apprehensively. The course material is generic just like a curriculum that a student may follow in a school. However, Lalitji, as a coach, could vibe with two youths and two senior citizens, one of them myself, efficiently.  There was never an awkward moment and I was always guided patiently as I wasn't tech-savvy. He went out of his way to help me with my personal dilemmas and suggested appropriate solutions which I, for one, couldn't think of! I found in him the traits of an empathetic, approachable guide. He helped me understand the exercises and could nudge and draw out the positive responses always encouraging  and motivating to improve my mindset not only through the course material but also relevant videos and inspiring messages and tips via email. I have overcome my fear of using Zoom, feel confident and I am grateful to Lalitji for his guidance. I could complete the course successfully on April 17, 2022. I wish him resounding success as a coach who is going to transform many lives.
