I purchased a jacket online as it was on sale but they canceled my order due to it being unavailable. I went back online and the jacket is still available in my size but it is no longer on sale. This is an unethical company. Family owned and corrupt.

Trash customer service. I have been trying to contact them all day to cancel my online order and no reply. They just created the shipping label but it hasn't shipped yet but have not received any help to cancel.

I live in Quebec and received my hat in just 7 days very happy! Thanks.

Horrible customer service!

Ordered jeans April 26,2026, and paid for express shipping (5 business days) still have not received anything.

Ordered and received a pair of Wrangler Jeans. Tried them on and they fit so washed and dryed them. When I went to hang them up I noticed flaws on the back of the jeans that looked like white paint spots. Contacted Lamlees and they refused to replace them...brand new jeans that had never been worn. Worst customer service/relations that I have ever dealt with. I even offered to take the jeans into a Lamlees store (50 miles away) to show them the jeans but they could have cared less. Do not buy online from Lamlees!!

Ordered boots on dec 7, still waiting for the boots to be shipped, have been told many different stories, the latest their new system can’t print the order so they can’t ship it. 3 weeks ago I was told they have a backlog to get through, before that I was sent an email saying all orders on or before Dec 7 would be received before Christmas!!! Can’t trust what they are saying. Just really crappy service and no respect for the customers. I would avoid all online orders.

Does not provide tracking number. Says track thru Shop app. Shop says waiting on details for 10 days now. Emails don't get a reply. Buy and hope it shows up one day. Tracking would be nice because of porch pirates. Only place i buy from that I can't track my items

$400 spend on boots for my son and heals are coming loose and was told 60 policy return means that you should not wear boots outside but inside only????? But when we purchased boots we asked for everyday use inside and out which led us to different types of heals etc in the conversation. Now we need to find a heal or boot repair shop to fix the heals that's pulling loose on a certain spot only! My son takes care of his boots down to the T!!! Trying to blame my son on excessive use or not the right way. He treats his boots like 💎 certainly this is a manufacturer defect but was given the cold shoulder by Lammels. And certainly no customer service excellence as described

I ordered 3 items dec5, thinking it was plenty of time to get here for Christmas. Emailed customer service 2 times no response, found out today Dec 22, that 2 items just shipped and 1 of the items is out of stock. Poor service and communication. People shop at Amazon because they know their parcels will arrive. Will not shop there again

When I make a purchase and the items say "in stock" at the time of payment, I expect all items to be shipped. As a Canadian company who constantly sends out emails with advertising, why is it taking more than 2 weeks to put an order together and then an additional week to create a shipping lable. I expect this customer service outside Canada. Yet all parcels from the UK have arrived with the entire order. Unacceptable!

When did Lammles start hiring immigrants that speak limited english and work for lesser pay? They present themselves as a family oriented Canadian business.
There are many young Canadians looking for employment that cannot find employment due to the above noted factors. Be better

My family and I were shopping at the Lammles in Strathmore. Natalie and Hazel were awesome. They were great fitting my son in new jeans. They knew exactly what jeans would fit his body shape so he no longer had a saggy jean butt. They also found a shirt to go with the jeans. We will definitely be back again. Thanks for the great customer service.

Went to buy a few items for a music festival this weekend. I found a dress Iiked but it had been worn and smelled of BO. I asked for a discount as I would have to have it dry cleaned. The girl who helped me, Riley, said no discount as it just “smells a little bit”. I asked her if she would wear it and she said you should wash everything before wearing. I used to think Lammle’s was a good company. I realize losing my business (a few purchases a year) won’t hurt them. But I will tell others about my experience.

I bought a pair of Muck boots in September, 2024 and in February, 2025 they had spilt on the back of one boot. I knew Lammles only had a 30 day return policy and I didn't have my receipt anymore but I emailed them with pictures and was able to prove on my bank statement that I bought them at the Spruce Grove store. They answered me within 24 hours and exchanged my boots for me a day later! They were able to email me my receipt also. I thought I would have to deal with Muck boots directly. I am so very happy and received excellent customer service.

(If I could rate it 3.5 I would) good store, lots of different styles of boots however what eve is on the shelf in your size is what u get. They dont have an inventory like they do at other shoe stores which makes it hard to find a pair u love but I guess that kinda makes sense since they also sell other stuff. One of the guys there was kind enough to see if he could order a pair elsewhere since the pair they had thre was to small, however I decided to buy the ones that already fit. I do love the boots and they're great quality however they were $250 in store and only $150 on the brand's online store. I understand they gotta make money but that to me is alot and honestly kind of a rip off. If I had of known I would have just ordered them online. Overall it's a good store with plenty of styles, they're just exspensive and only have the boots in so many sizes :)

Ordered 2 pair of little cowgirl boots. Shipped to Ontario. Boots fit perfectly. Girls are thrilled. Arrived in 1 week, free shipping.

Sales person didn’t follow though on what the customer wanted and went on break ignoring him to socialize with her friend that happened to walk in and distract her from dealing with the customer. Felt like I was ignored before spending a lot of money.

DO NOT ORDER, if it doesn’t fit it will cost 1/3 of your order price to return. Not worth it

Customer service at Lammles south in Edmonton is amazing. Erin In particular was so helpful and went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed!
Given I walked in 15 min before close (I didn’t realize when they closed) she never rushed me or made me feel I was inconveniencing her at all.
Could not say enough about Erin and the whole team at Lammles south Edmonton.
