Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Bought a riding helmet after a 30 yr hiatus from the sport. The employee did NOT tell me that helmets could not be returned if they did not fit. She DID NOT fit me correctly so I am left with a helmet that I can't use. I will never shop there again

Sorry for the late reply, as we just claimed our Trustpilot account.
You are absolutely correct - you should have been told that the helmet could not be returned. Almost all our products can be, though due to the sensitive nature of this being a safety device, we must ensure our customer's safety if purchasing products for that explicit purpose.
With that said, for the last few years we've tried to handle helmet returns on a slightly less rigid basis - whereby as long as it can be assessed to be unused and undamaged, there may be an opportunity to work with our customer - especially in an exchange scenario. We are sorry that it looks like this policy adjustment was a little late to the game for you needs. If you still have the helmet in perfect condition, perhaps there's still an opportunity to see what we can do. If you wish to explore this, please feel free to email us at customerservice@lammles.com.
Thank you!
Lammle's customer service exceptional
Lammle's customer service is exceptional and provides a benchmark that very few match. Fantastic commitment to recognising that their success is based on their customers.
