When this review was first posted, we couldn't locate an order under your name. We've now identified the order through your fiancé via Trustpilot's Request Information tool. Because the order was placed in his name, we'll need to communicate directly with him to investigate fully.

A few points for context:

Diamond authenticity: Every L'Amour Brilliance center diamond comes with an IGI certificate from an independent international gemological lab. The certificate confirms exact carat weight, color, and clarity. We'd like to understand what measuring tools were used so we can investigate the discrepancy you're describing.

Ring sizing: Our rings follow standard US sizing, with internal diameters listed on every product page. If sizing is off, we offer free resizing for life — no questions asked.

We're reaching out to your fiancé directly today to discuss this further. Our goal is to understand what happened and make this right.
