The entire process was excellent! I was nervous at first with ordering a ring set that is hand designed and crafted, but the experience was great. They kept me informed every step of the way, from the design point, sending me the 3D images of the ring set, and even videos and pictures of the packing stage. I would say it was over-communication at some times (which is outstanding). The rings were gorgeous, and my wife is in love with the set.

Asked for a radiant cut solitaire
Asked for a radiant cut solitaire, final result was more like princess cut and then they suggested a smaller carat size in order to achieve the radiant look. We declined and asked for a refund since what we ordered wasn’t delivered or made. Website misleading and communications was difficult and we requested refund multiple time and since they couldn’t deliver on what we had ordered and since it was custom piece they are trying to charge 20%. Do not waste your time. Ordered may 10 and it’s now 06/04 and still problem mot resolved.

As soon as we received your feedback, we proactively offered alternative options to better meet your expectations:
• A 3.5ct stone with a more elongated shape for a slimmer look.
• A different 5ct stone with a stretched ratio, allowing the size to remain the same while enhancing the elegance and slim appearance.
All these options were presented in good faith, with the hope of keeping your order and ensuring your satisfaction.
Should you still wish to proceed with a cancellation, we would like to clarify:
• This is a made-to-order item with specific customizations:
• Band width adjusted to 2.5mm
• Redesigned into a double-prong setting
• As per L’Amour Brilliance’s refund policy, custom-designed pieces are non-refundable. However, in our most recent exchange, we made an exception by offering a refund with a 20% craftsmanship fee to help offset the production costs already incurred.
We understand this may cause frustration, and that is certainly not our intention. If this situation still leaves you unsatisfied, we are open to proceeding in whichever way you prefer — with the sincere hope of earning your understanding and a fair review from you.

I have never felt so taken advantage of…
I have never felt so taken advantage of by a company until now. Customer service is terrible. I waited weeks to hear from them after inquiring about shipment. Before shipping I confirmed returj policy in the event it was not as expected. It wss confirmed I had 30 days if not satisfied. When I received ring the center stone was not 1.5 ct as expected. It was smaller . I requested a refund or exchange but they refused to allow a return and would not communicate with me. Very frustrating. Now Im trying to dispute with my cc company. Why state you allow a full refund and then refuse. What a scam. Made and shipped overseas. I would not trust them . Terrible communication and poor business practice not allowing a return.

The ring you received was crafted and delivered exactly according to the specifications you confirmed—most notably, the 1.5 ct center stone, as verified in the official GRA certificate included with your order. Before shipment, we also shared detailed photos and a video of the finished piece for your review and approval.
Throughout the process, we maintained clear and timely communication and responded to all of your inquiries. However, the order was repeatedly confirmed, canceled, reopened, and followed by multiple disputes—even after the matter had already been thoroughly reviewed and resolved by Affirm, the payment provider selected at checkout. On both occasions, Affirm carefully reviewed the case and ruled in our favor, confirming that the order was fulfilled as requested.
We understand that expectations can vary from person to person, and we truly value every customer’s experience. However, when a product is custom-made to match all confirmed details, returning it based solely on personal preference can be difficult to accommodate. We always strive to listen, support, and work with our customers—and we sincerely hope for understanding and fairness in return.

Caught her off guard in the best way
I am not the most romantic guy, but I knew I had to get this right. I nervously ordered the ring and kept second-guessing everything. But when it arrived... man, the shine was unreal.
I proposed during a simple dinner, nothing fancy, but the second she saw the ring, she teared up. Totally caught her off guard. Best surprise I've ever pulled off!
