Exceptional service, I needed a set of replacement poles for a Coleman tent.
I called to enquire about availability and was advised that they would call me when they received a delivery from Coleman.
As promised someone called back and I ordered the item.
24 hours later the poles were delivered to my home.
The service from LSR was at all times friendly, courteous and efficient and I will most certainly use them again and would definitely recommend anyone who values good traditional customer service to support this company.

Good quality repairs made to an Arc’Teryx hardshell at far less cost than replacing an otherwise perfectly serviceable coat. More sustainable solution too and very happy with the service from LSR again.

I just had the main zip on my Goretex motorcycle jacket replaced by this company, and have to say that their workmanship, and service, was 1st rate. The zip, IMHO, actually looks better than the original. Their communication was excellent, pricing was better than fair, and turn around time was better than expected. I will definitely be using them for my future repair needs and would have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

Managed to make a hole in my expensive Paramo waterproof so contacted LSR for help. Really simple process and I was kept up to date with what was happening.
Used the on-line system to book the repair in and printed off the post label provided and sent it off. Got an email confirming receipt, followed quickly by a phone call to discuss the repair, arrange payment and time frame.
Received my repaired jacket yesterday, 2 weeks earlier than expected (also received an email to say it was on its way). The repair is fabulous, and practically invisible.
I definitely recommend LSR and will use them again if I need to. Many thanks.

I called in today & had the tab replaced on my rukka jacket. I spoke to a member of staff who was very friendly and helpful. He took my jacket into the workshop & less than 10 minutes later, a young lady handed over my jacket saying "all fixed"

LSR have done an amazing job stitching my Lightwave rucsac where the glued seams had come undone. All the staff were very helpful and it cost a fraction of the replacement cost. I'm so grateful to them for saving gear, preventing waste and so looking after our beautiful planet.

I recently contacted Lancashire Sports Repairs regarding re randing of my ageing Berghaus Yeti gaiters. Parcelled them up and into the post, recorded next day delivery.
Two days later received a phone call and arranged payment,and was given an estimated completion date. The repair work was carried out and returned via FedEx approximate 4 weeks before the estimated return date.
The new rands appear to be better quality than the originals, possibly Berghaus have changed the design slightly over the years. The quality of the work first class and I wouldn't hesitate to use the company again in the future.

Just received my North Face 3 in 1 jacket back with the main zip replaced. Although I have had the jacket for a number of years now, it was in good condition apart from the zip failing. For less than a third of the price of a new coat, LSR have replaced the zip - and what a superb high quality job they have made: it's like new! ...And all done within 4 weeks from receipt of the jacket (when the original quote was 10-11 weeks). I am so pleased with the service provided by LSR and will certainly use them again and recommend them to others.

Just received my boots back and can't believe how amazing they look. Two pairs of thoroughly trashed La Sportiva Nepals, totally resoled (including midsoles and crampon notches) and looking like they will now outlast me! Can't wait to get out on the mountain in them.

Just got my very expensive Spyder ski jacket back from LSR after being repaired after a washing machine disaster (4 of the bonded pockets had become completely detached).
What a fabulous job they've done stitching them back in, the repairs are pretty much invisible!
Better still, the turnaround was much better than promised (12 days as opposed to 5 weeks) so I have it in time for my ski trip.
I cannot recommend LSR highly enough.

So upset when my favourite Eddie Bauer Down Coat was torn by my Son's puppy. Fortunately an internet search found LSR. Their entire service is outstanding, from the detailed information gathering, informative mails to keep me abreast of progress to the wonderful repair. I can't praise them enough. The repair is so neat that it's difficult to see. Amazing and very grateful.

Superb service! I sent my Ilse Jacobsen raincoat to have its zip slider replaced. The whole process took 1 week and 2 days! This is a fashion rather than an outdoor/technical coat but they were happy to help. The cost was very reasonable- £26 including registered return postage. It is so good to know such a great company exists. It's so important to be able to get things repaired and not just throw away and buy new. I would recommend LSR highly! Have used LSR for some time now to repair my Lowa Boots. I’ve two pairs and when one gets knackered get it repaired. They are the go to people for repairs as the other reviews show. Big thanks to them for their service.

Amazing and unrivalled service from this company who resoled my Scarpa walking boots. They've been returned looking like new - and at no cost to me.
It's rare these days to get such a service whether you pay for it or not. I'm delighted, will use them again and will recommend without hesitation.
