I would not recommend this company.
They are only interested in taking your money and not actually carrying out the service you have paid for.
Unprofessional and do not stick to the time line which cost you more money and still nothing is resolved. They are not solicitors or regulated just an expensive advisory service who claim to be able to assist Landlords. They prey on the Landlords desperate need for assistance as the tenants in the U.K. have all the power unfortunately regardless.
I spend over £4k without any results

My experience with Landlord Advice UK was outstanding. Sasha was amazing at helping me understand the property eviction process clearly. He was super helpful with his knowledge and quick email responses. Sasha was also very transparent about the costs involved. The professionalism and service I received made everything so easy. I'm definitely looking forward to using Landlord Advice UK's reliable service again in the future!

Very disappointed the service I got from Landlord Advice Ltd I have used them before and I was happy with there service & that's why I came back to use there service again.

I spoken to Miss Martin about my case she confirmed that i need to pay £96 & fill up compliance form & send it back to them & we will giver you further Advice.

I paid invoice on 26 Feb 2024, invoice number 8249 and them I called next day to speak to Ms.Ahmed but she is too busy can't speak to her.
After calling them for few time's Miss Martin said we will come back to you within 3 to 5 days for further Advice and you don't need to call in office.

It's been 12 working days no Advice no phone call very disappointed.
Has landlord Advice Ltd not giving me any further advice they should return my money back.

My husband and I rented out our 4 bedroom house and moved to small flat to improve our financial situation but the tenant, a single man, not even refused to pay rent he also ruined our house, our disappointment. All very helpful guiding me through a difficult situation

A very helpful, courteous and professional service from first contact and throughout a difficult S8 possession process using pragmatic approach. They simultaneously secured a county court judgement order for rent arrears and court costs against rogue tenant. Very good value for money. Highly recommended. Would not hesitate to use their services again.

I was having terrible problems with a tenant, however, once I contacted Landlord Advice they advised me of the steps necessary to evict her.
From first contact, each and every member of the team was helpful, knowledgeable, professional and gave me straightforward, non jargon advice and explained the next steps.
The fixed price was the fixed price with no extras and well worth it.
The tenant is now gone and I'm sure I'll sleep tonight.

A very thorough, reasonably priced and efficient service. Unfortunately, the tenant needed to be evicted to end the process, but Landlord Advice explained every step and were transparent with their fees, at every stage.

Whilst hoping not to need their services in the future, if I do, Landlord Advice will be instructed.

Sasha was excellent, very responsive and quick to react to our needs. We were always informed ahead of time how much the services provided would cost, all transparent and fair. I highly recommend his services.

I used this company and they are fraud as I wrote in my previous review. I lost lots of money because of there wrong advice.

I found Landlord Advice to be efficient, helpful and very good value for money. Having unfortunately been through this experience once before with extremely protracted and costly litigation using a firm of solicitors, I really appreciated what a difference using this company made, from their speedy email responses to the Advocate who represented our interests at court. I would not hesitate to use their services again in the future if the need arose.

Do not use this company - their positive reviews are either early reviews or fake and from people they know and work with.

They are a dodgy company who give you the wrong advice and then do not turn up for court. You can't trust they are using their real names so you never know who you are dealing with.

After taking almost £1500 from us, they did not turn up for court and then lied and tried to blame the court when it was evident the number they had told us to call was called in front of a judge several times. The judge and defendant solicitor advised that the Section 21 Notice were invalid and told us we had been misadvised. Apparently Landlord Advice do this all the time, even when they send someone to court, they do not know what they are doing. They then refused to provide an explanation and would not speak to us to explain without further payment or provide a refund.

Save your money, go to a proper solicitor - they will be more expensive in the short term but they are regulated and competent unlike this company, who are a bunch of crooks who prey on the misfortune of others and leave them high and dry.

Please ignore the response from Landlord Advice below. They will say that the judge did not make an order stating the Notice was invalid. The only reason the judge did not make this order was because I was left high and dry without legal representation and had little knowledge of the law and he felt sorry for me and wanted to give me an opportunity to get proper legal representation. They say I was "represented" in my matter, I was poorly advised, my questions were ignored and they did not turn up to court at all and refused to provide a proper explanation and instead blamed others and refused to provide any refund - thankfully they will have to answer for all the people they have wronged eventually (they know what I mean). I hope the paltry sums you scammed from people were worth it.

This company are now being prosecuted by the SRA. Justice at last. I hope they get a costs order of a lifetime.

Made an initial enquiry regarding claim for possession of my rental property.

I was provided with a response to my questions quickly, all information provided was easy to understand.

An informal compliance check was done on the section 21 notice I served, Landlord Advice got back to me quickly.

So far so good, I will be using Landlord Advice to issue possession papers in January.

I used Landlord Advice for tenant eviction. At first I thought they were professional but once the money was paid in advance things started to go wrong. They advised me of a review hearing which was incorrect according to the Court, papers were not submitted to me and I had to chase on the day of the hearing, they forgot to claim interest even though their terms and conditions state they should so lost £773 as a result. They denied this mistake. Then sent me an invoice for another hearing when the Court clearly stated the first hearing was vacated. I am taking further action for their negligence. Please Pay someone professional to do the job and save yourself the stress. They do not appreciate it is stressful going through the whole process without them making mistakes they take no responsibility for.

Mr Sasha Charles our Lawyer is absolutely incredible! super quick, beyond efficient and very polite.
i wish i met him many years ago as it would have saved my lots of money.

Landlord Advice UK were very helpful and helped successfully remove our feral tenants. A very frustrating and stressful time that during Covid which certainly didn’t help landlords!
We are relieved we have got through this saga, and regained our property.
We will not be renting again due to this experience, and the current rules definitely side with the tenant! Private rental shortage will be the next problem no doubt.

This was our first time renting and my advice would be never rent to so called friends!
I found the whole process excellent. Advice was invaluable and in the end saved us lots of money as we didn't need to go to court. Covid didn't help us at all but the tenant has finally left. We are still owed back rent but if necessary we will go down the small claims process, but it could have been much worse!

I asked LA to help with a Section 8 notice(6months arrears) The whole eviction process was stressful for me aggravated by Covid. but it was good to have professional help. After 18 months the horrible little oik has gone, aided by County Court bailiffs. Property trashed, of course.
L A gave good advice and by advising me to apply a UC 47 saved me over 6000 pounds.
All the staff (with one exception which is why I have not given 5stars} were helpful and replied to my emails promptly, in particular Sasha Charles.
