Great service. Happy with our Level 3 survey, really competitive price of £800 which is what I was quoted for a Level 2 from other surveyor companies. Other surveyors companies attempting to charge north of £1,200 for Level 3. Using Landviews surveyors gave us reassurance in the purchase and the report results helped us renegotiate a price, so I'd use again.
They were exceptionally busy so I waited a bit longer then I wanted, however that reflects in the professional work and competitive pricing. Thanks again!

Excellent service and thorough, detailed survey. I got numerous quotes for a Level 2 Honebuyers Survey and Landview’s was the lowest. I arranged everything via the website and email - an extremely easy process. Communication was clear and quick throughout. The survey report was very detailed and much more in depth than I had expected. All in all faultless experience.

Well, I used this company because of the great reviews it has on Trustpilot, and they weren’t wrong. A very thorough survey which the surveyor was happy to talk through with us at great length. Moreover, at no extra charge he returned to the property a week later when the loft ladder had been repaired so he could survey the roof as well. Recommended.

After we contacted the surveyor and he went through the whole report with us, helping us to clarify certain points and get a full understanding of any issues, we would highly recommend.

Don't be misguided by the low quote for a survey, Rachel went above and beyond to get me the earliest date l needed, was very patient with my many questions, always answered the phone promptly, the turnaround was so quick, very professional, l would highly recommend this company as they do what they say and more. Reasonable price. Gareth did a comprehensive survey in a house in Birmingham and was available to discuss it later. I defintely recommend.

Very very impressed! Survey was cheap but very detailed! Other companies asked us over 600£ for a Lv2 survey and with Landview we only paid 419£. We got the report back very quickly and like i said, very detailed. So far the least stressful part of our journey 😅 thanks landwiew, would definitely recommend in the future!

I normally don’t leave reviews, but I’m writing this at the request of the Landview email for feedback. Unfortunately, my overall experience was disappointing.

While I understand that no service is perfect, the lack of communication fell significantly short of what I expected.

My main concern was the poor communication throughout the process. I myself had to follow up on the day of the survey to confirm whether it had taken place. I did receive the report within the agreed two-week period, which was appreciated. However, since receiving the report, it's now been over two weeks and I have had no follow-up—neither a call nor an email—to walk me through the findings. As a first-time buyer, this was especially concerning, since I was relying on that 30-minute review (as outlined in the contract) to help me understand the issues mentioned.

I hope this feedback is taken in the spirit intended—constructively. There is potential here, but some fundamental areas, particularly communication and customer engagement, need serious improvement to meet even the basic expectations of clients.

An incredibly thorough and well priced survey which was clear to read and sent through in a timely manner following the visit. Would highly recommend.
