Horrible refund policy. Should have looked at the reviews before purchasing. You have to send the product back to China and you have to pay for it. If you don’t send it back you only get a 20% refund. They need to either have a return center in the US or supply a label for shipment back to China. Ridiculous and sad because the product is nice but my cat didn’t fit in it. Will never buy from this company again and will make sure people know about their policy.

I ordered 3 of the LapCatz nest beds at the end of November. They charged my card but nothing ever arrived, I have waited about 6 weeks and in a few days it will be 2025. These sellers should be in prison. Just another scam and I was caught. I’m on SS and can’t afford this. They were to be special Christmas gifts for family members with cats. It’s disgusting.

Same experience as everybody else. I ordered two beds for my cats on December 5 and three weeks later I’m still waiting for it. I wanted to have it by Christmas. I’ve gotten no feedback from the company, yet they already charged my card. I’m going to call my bank and dispute the charge because at this point I’m doubting I’m ever going to see it. You’re better off ordering from Chewy

Same experience as others. Ordered on December 8th - it's 12/24, I still haven't received it and there's no indication that it will be here anytime soon. I sent an email to customer service last week requesting an update. They literally responded with the same information I was referencing online.

Ordered the product . the website states that 5-7 days shipping. I ordered on December 6th and 2 and a half weeks later, I still do not have a delivery date. I see that many reviews state this. I should have read up on the company before doing business with them. Please do not buy from this company. It is doubtful that you will get the product on time, if at all. I learned my lesson ! never again !

I ordered a bed Nov 28th and received shipping confirmation of order Dec 2nd. and tracking on Dec 6th. It is Dec 22nd now and finally tracking show, but it is in Chicago...I'm in Washington. Good thing I didn't orded it as a christmas gift. There shipping timeline is very inaccurate. Unclear if I will ever see the package.

A crock of cat shit. I feel foolish for trusting a Facebook advertised product.

I bought one of the beds for my cat. She seems to really like it because it’s warm, so I bought another for her sister. The inside of the new pillow was NOT the same material as the outer part of the pillow. It’s more like a regular pillow. Very disappointing. I am going to return it.
I would like to get a response re this as to why this happened

I placed an order on November 28, 2024 and on the 29th I received an email stating my order has shipped and was expected to arrive in 4-5 business days.
On Dec 12th I sent an email asking where my order was, and at 1:14am I received a reply from “Sarah” saying my package was in the processing phase.
I replied questioning that as I had an email and tracking number (which - as of today - still doesn’t show any tracking information). I never received a reply, even after emailing daily for 5 days asking for one.
I am doubtful I will ever get my order and believe that this company is a scam.
I would never recommend this company.

Ordered two cat beds and 21 days later still haven't received them. Company says they cannot track the shipment as once it leaves their facility it's out of their hands. But since they charged my card before shipping, I maintain they do bear some responsibility. Cannot recommend this merchant.

I think the company is a scam. I placed an order on November 29th and it is December 17th and I have not received my order. I sent an email yesterday, but do not expect to hear anything back. Lesson learned. Don’t trust ads on Facebook.

I never received my order! After going back and forth with their shipping company, which you can’t contact by phone and emailing gives you an absurd run around, I contacted the company directly. They pleasantly sent me back to the shipping company. I’ve given up.

If I could give a zero I would - this product is cheap and not worth it. It arrived in a ball of tape - this is how they keep their shipping down - the product comes from China but "John" from the company states this a small family run business and they take pride in standing apart from Amazon and eBay - they care about craftsmanship - ha. There is no return policy - you pay to have it returned to China!

I ordered two of the Lapcatz beds on Novemer 29th. I still have not received them. When I check the tracking number, it shows that they've been shipped, but they sit in sorting centers for nearly a week or more before moving. At this rate, I don't expect to receive them by Christmas.

I've emailed the company twice to ask why my order isn't moving, but they just email me the tracking link again. I suppose the company doesn't control the shipping, but I wonder why they continue to use a shipping company that moves items at such a glacial pace. I really do think my cats will like the beds if they ever arrive. I'm hoping this company is not a scam.

Untrustworthy company
I placed an order with Lapcatz for two beds for my cat on December 3rd. I received the order confirmation and a tracking number. I tracked my order on December 10th, and the tracking message indicated the order had not been picked up by the carrier.
I sent an email (because there is no contact phone number) to Lapcatz's customer service to request they cancel my order. I was worried that my order was taking too long to get picked up and shipped, and it would not get to me on time before I left home for the holiday season.
I received a response from someone named Sarah, who told me that she had tracked my order. According to her, my order was shown to have arrived in my home town. However, when I tracked the package again, the message said, "the order has not been picked up by the carrier." There was also no information indicating who the shipping carrier was.
On December 14th, I tracked my order again and saw the same message. I researched the tracking number to find out who the carrier was. The tracking number was produced by WanbExpress using the Aftership platform. There I found that my order was being shipped from China to the U.S. and that it had not been pick up by the carrier yet.
I am left wondering if Lapcatz is a legitimate business, so I would think twice before placing an order with them.

My cats snuggle up in their bed together and love this product! So toasty in the winter months. I feel like my cats are so happy and warm!!

The bed is very furry and comfy, but the top of the bed flap doesn’t stay up and my cats wind up sleeping on top of the whole bed without a cover for their body. I could’ve bought a cheaper bed at the pet store which is just as comfy and furry. Not worth the money.

Never received my order and I paid so much for it. Sarah stopped responding to my email and it has been over 2 months. This company is a huge scam. DO NOT BUY

I ordered a covered bed for my cat. Never received after a month. After mail exchange I mentioned a deadline for delivery or refund, after which I would sue them. I obtained a refund after a while. It just arrived on my bank account.

Do not touch this product. Good reviews are absolute fiction. It’s no as described or the way it looked on social media adverts. It’s small and tight even for my small cat. She hated it and started scratching it. Hard to get a refund as you have to pay for return postage!!! This company is not UK based.🤬
