I reived totally wrong item. Someone else order has been delivered to me. Where is my order?

Where do I start? Horrible, horrible, horrible company. Do not buy from them! First the taxes and duties are not included in the price reflected on the website so that is a lie. Second, they invoiced and valued the item at $13,000 so I have to pay DHL $1503 in taxes and duties because they will not respond to emails and send the correct invoice. Third, I have to pay this on a package that I never even received (fault of DHL) but I need to get some information from this company to continue the investigation and clear the custom cost. I have emailed over 8 times and no response of course. Be very careful ordering from them. Not sure if this is even a legit company that says authentic items. They are very strange and thieves. Zero stars!!!! Just order from farfetch, cettire, ssense do not trust them they suck and are liars and thieves.

Clearly a fraudulent business. I have ordered two pairs of shoes for my wedding on two separate occasions in the last month, both of which have been returned (I have tracking confirmation stating they were received back the day after being sent). The first pair have been back with them for 16 days, the second for 9 days. I have had ZERO correspondence from them for either pair. I have tried to contact them through the form on their website and an email (I see from other review responses that they will just say ‘we don’t have any emails from you’ - but trust me they do), with absolutely no response. The first pair was purchased using PayPal so I opened up a dispute through them, and you guessed it, no response, so I have escalated it as a case which PayPal are now looking in to. The second pair were purchased through Klarna, I have reported it as an issue on there but no resolution so far.
Truly save yourself the hassle and buy the items you want from somewhere else, even if they’re more expensive. My shoes came to nearly £500, but I wish I had brought through another retailer and paid more for a hassle free experience. There isn't even a phone number to call, so if your emails and forms aren't replied too, you’re out of luck. A complete con of a company who should be ashamed of themselves - disgusting!!

WOULD GIVE ZERO IF I COULD. Complete CON ARTISTS. Have returned my parcel 5 weeks ago and STILL NOTHING no confirmation nothing. Emailed 4 times no reply. Absolutely disgusting AVOID THIS COMPANY. They are obviously going into administration or something.

Do not buy from this company. My returns were delivered to Larizia on 17th August, I still haven't received the refund today 07/09/2023. Their website says returns will be processed 3-5 days.

Sent 4 emails to chase the refund, they replied me first two saying that they were experiencing some delays due to systems changes and technical issues. No response at all for the last two emails I sent.

Lovely item but they put wrong address on the package. Thankfully I was at home to catch the delivery guy at my neighbours trying to deliver my parcel. Not happy with their service

Edited after their response here : I contacted their customer service via email regarding the issue with the label . It's been weeks now and they haven't even bothered to respond. I will definitely not order from them again. Very ignorant company

I never received part of my order
I ordered four items and only received two.
I contacted via email as you guys have no phone number, this is the first time i am ordering and i am very upset and nervous as there will be no way for me to return and get back my money if i never had it plus i do not have it and wont know what sizes work. If i do not get a response i would not order from here again.
