Wow! I have just received my Tory Burch bag and it is exactly as described. It was beautifully packaged and delivered with speed.

Larizia delivery was beautifully packaged and promptly shipped. Cannot fault communication. Unfortunately I had to return the shoes as they were the wrong shade of green for my outfit but refunded swiftly, without query.

I’m trying to return an item but am finding this virtually impossible. I arranged on line for the courier to collect it. The courier did not attend, no explanation, nothing. I’ve rescheduled another collection and sent a message to the courier company you use . Again, no response . This would definitely put me off buying from this company again!

As I mentioned on the phone, we do use a return courier that collects, so I'm unsure exactly how you've tried this with DPD.
Please follow the steps in the email I sent you to return your item.
Your return will then be processed within 2 days of us receiving it back from the return courier.
Please don't hesitate to contact me either by phone or email if you struggle at all with the return process.
