I am so disappointed
I am so disappointed. I received an item from them and after 20 days I decided to return. When I emailed customer service they kept telling me I was outside from the 28 day return window.
I was not! I ended up paying from my own pocket to return the item and they kept threating not to return my money if the item was used. Item was not used. I will never buy from them again.

Upon reflection, our calculations were incorrect when dating your return, though we are unsure why the return portal wouldn't allow your return.
Our intention was not a threat regarding the item being used, we were simply reiterating our terms for the return, as your initial email indicated that the item had been used.
Once we recieve the bag, a refund will be processed for you.

Amazing service from Larizia! I had had my eye on a particular Stella McCartney bag for while, and decided to search for it at a different retailer in case there was any Black Friday offers elsewhere. Sure enough Google brought it up on Larizia with a 35% BF discount. I had never heard of the company before so I checked it out to make sure it was legit and it definitely was. So I went ahead and placed my order at 11.36am on the Thursday, and two hours later it was dispatched! It was due for delivery the next day and sure enough it was delivered by DPD by midday on the Friday. Absolutely brilliant service! The bag is perfect and gorgeous. I'm so pleased I made this order and would definitely recommend Larizia to others. 5*****

I loved the item and the packaging even though I was afraid that I wouldn't like it but it was a good experience but I recommend to make it easier for duties to pay next time because it will be easier to just pay it all in ones.

Be wary
I am not sure about the authenticity of this website, I've just received the delivery of a luxury handbag on sale for £1190 with no tags, it looks used and doesn't come with the manufacturer's branded box or packaging. The bag was placed in a dust bag and couriered in a lopsided dilapidated brown box, like something posted from a private seller on ebay.
I will be asking for a refund.

All of our items are 100% authentic and can be verified by each brand's own after-sales support team, who will be able to confirm that we are an authorised retailer of each brand.
All items are sent in the packaging provided by the brand, though whether this includes branded packaging like boxes depends entirely on whether we are sent the items in their own boxes. If branded boxes are not provided by the brand, they are packed in our own protective materials before being packed into a delivery box.
Our delivery boxes are brand new when an item is packed into them, however, we cannot guarantee that they will arrive in this same condition from the couriers, especially for parcels that go overseas.
We apologise again for the experience you have had with us, and a full refund will be processed upon our receipt of the item back in our warehouse.
