I needed a laser engineer urgently and was recommended laseraid. They didn’t disappoint. I spoke to Darren who was extremely helpful over the phone and Darren and his colleague Konrad managed to out to me within 48 hours. The customer service was excellent and they had me laser back up and running in a couple of hours. The price was also incredibly reasonable and they went above and beyond with the service they offered. Laseraid has definitely got a new client with me and I will be recommending them.

Christo mathew was brilliant he arrived earlier, was very good at the job & sorted machine out quickly affectively and even cleaned up after himself.
Explained what he was doing and parts replaced, so i fully understood what has been done to my machine. Great 5 star service 👍🏽

Konrad provided an exceptional service in getting me registered and booked in with the company and refurbishing my applicator within a day knowing my business was at a standstill as I didn't have a spare and he was thoughtful enough to consider with the Xmas holidays coming it could end up being delayed by 2 weeks. Can't praise him enough. Lifesaver. Exceptional. Totally won my trust. Wouldn't go any where else.
