I had a great experience at the laser clinic. From my very first visit just to inquire, the staff were already friendly, approachable, and accommodating. They made me feel comfortable right away and took the time to answer all my questions without any pressure.
When I came back for my first laser hair removal session, the same welcoming atmosphere continued. The team was professional, attentive, and made sure I felt at ease throughout the entire process. Overall, it’s a place where you genuinely feel welcomed and well taken care of. I would definitely recommend them to anyone considering laser treatments.

Great place for micro needling

Sometimes you wait 5–10 minutes past…
Sometimes you wait 5–10 minutes past your appointment time, but if you are even 5–10 minutes late, they make sure to penalize you. The treatment then feels rushed and very sloppy. You would think you’re getting good value for the money, but in the end, that’s not the case.
Also, if you pay for a Hollywood laser treatment, make sure you don’t end up getting a Brazilian instead. You actually have to explain to them what a Hollywood laser treatment is.

Express Microdermabrasion at Kensington brunch
Visited South Kensington branch for Express Microdermabrasion and was very impressed. Niki was professional, attentive, knowledgeable and caring, and I felt very comfortable throughout the procedure. Jurgita runs the branch like clockwork, with clean, well-presented rooms and appointments that run on time.

Just had another appointment with Ellie at Laser Clinics - High Street Kensington branch and I honestly can’t recommend her enough! Every session with her is such a wonderful experience — she’s professional, warm, and genuinely attentive. Ellie takes the time to explain everything clearly, checks in constantly, and makes sure you’re comfortable the entire time.
Her passion and expertise really shine through, and it’s clear she truly cares about the results. I leave every appointment feeling confident and cared for. Formal complaint and request refund
Dear Laser Clinics Team,
I am writing again to formally follow up on my complaint, as I have not received any response to my previous, which is extremely disappointing.
To make matters worse, I was initially given the wrong email address by the staff at your Kensington clinic, which further delayed this complaint being properly received and addressed. This lack of accurate information and follow-up has only added to my frustration.
Additionally, due to my work commitments, I have not had any time to respond to the Trustpilot review, despite the situation remaining unresolved. However, I would much prefer to resolve this matter directly and professionally with your team rather than through public channels.
As outlined in my original email, during my appointment at the Kensington clinic, I was charged £280 instead of the Black Friday promotional price of approximately £160 for a full body (excluding back) laser treatment, despite clearly presenting my booking confirmation email showing the valid Black Friday offer. The discounted price was refused, and I was required to pay the full amount on the day.
There was also no manager available on site to assist, and the lack of basic facilities such as a client bathroom further contributed to an unprofessional and uncomfortable experience.
I would like to reiterate that I am a long-term and loyal customer, having attended Laser Clinics (Clapham) for several years and spending a considerable amount on treatments. My customer history can easily be verified in your system. Being treated this way, despite having clear written proof of the promotion, has significantly affected my trust in your service.
I am therefore once again requesting a refund of the overcharged amount, being the difference between what I paid (£280) and the Black Friday promotional price (approximately £160).
I sincerely hope this issue can now be addressed promptly and professionally. If I do not receive a response or resolution shortly, I will unfortunately have to reconsider continuing my treatments with Laser Clinics and pursue further action.

Therapist was very professional
Therapist was very professional and pleasant. Treatment was fine. The issue I had today was it was too noisy for such a treatment that should be considered relaxing and beneficial. The people talking so loudly from the other rooms were heard in the treatment room I was in. This is very inconsiderate to the clients. It was very disturbing. The therapist kindly turned down the music then I heard such loud voices talking and laughing in the other rooms. This is very unprofessional of the clinic in Kensington high street that I have gone to many a time. Today was not the quiet time I was looking forward to.

I've been getting treatment at laser clinics for a while now, probably over a year. They are always friendly and professional. It is true that different technicians treat you a bit differently, but there's always a human factor. Very surprised at the 1* ratings - I have always had a very positive experience. Would highly recommend

Overall, not impressed by the service
I didn't like the tone of the person who did my consultation. She was trying to sell 2 very expensive treatment, despite the fact that I pre-paid several treaments already and those were good for my conerns according to her, so why would you recommend additional expensive treatments?... It felt like she was more interested in selling expensive treatments (that I already pre paid) that helping me choose which treatment I pre-paid to do first. She was not friendly and welcoming, and her tone felt commanding when she advised treatments like botox. Hope I won't have to see her again.
At my first treatment appointment, the 4 recepitionists seemd unorganised: another client arrived after me and I was almost not welcomed for my appointment.
I had a microdermabrasion treatment for the first time this week. I had no explanation as to the steps that the therapist was following, I had to ask what is product she applied was used for, even though she knew it was my first microdermabrasion treatment. The treatment itself was fine: my skin looked exfoliated and less dull. Overall, not impressed by the service and didn't like the way one of the receptionist treated me. Hopefully some other laserclinics might be better regarding those 2 points.

I had a very disappointing experience at the Kensington clinic.
I booked my full body (excluding back) laser treatment during the Black Friday 60% discount, with the confirmed price being around £160. When I already done my appointment, I was told to pay £280 instead. Despite showing my booking confirmation email, the staff refused to honour the offer and insisted I pay full price.
There was no manager available on site to resolve the issue, which was extremely frustrating, and to make matters worse, there was not even a bathroom available for clients, which felt very unprofessional.
I have been a loyal customer for years, spending a significant amount of money at this brand, so this treatment was especially disappointing. This experience has seriously damaged my trust in the clinic, and unless this issue is resolved, I will not be returning.
Very poor customer service and not what I expected from a clinic I’ve supported for so long.

Terrible experience – unprofessional and dishonest service, rude staff
I had a HydraFacial treatment at the Kensington branch and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in a clinic. The treatment lasted only 20 minutes instead of the advertised 30 minutes, even though I paid full price. I was left waiting 10 minutes before it even started. The results were non-existent — my pores remain completely clogged.
The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional, calling me inappropriate names like “baby” and asking me about payment during the procedure. After the treatment, when I refused to pay due to the poor quality of service, I was pressured until I was forced to make the payment.
I am a regular client and previously had the same treatment with another specialist at another branch who did it professionally. I therefore know exactly how this procedure should be done, and this time it was nowhere near the expected standard.
I wrote a formal complaint email to the clinic immediately after the procedure, which they obviously ignored.
I’m requesting a full refund.

Not at all what I expected
My wife went in for one procedure and received something she didn’t ask for, which caused her great physical distress. To this they admitted the mistake and refunded the money for the treatment she did not ask for, only after saying they’d refund the entire amount (which they did not, and sent an explanatory email saying she did get what she came in for, she did not). She feels mistreated and lied to. It makes me question not only their professionalism, but the training of the practitioners and the quality of their management. I have complained to the Kensington/Chelsea council and am waiting for their reply, but I feel I must speak out as the business has stopped communicating with us after the excuse they provided. The customer is supposed to always be right, but not this time, and she is still in pain from the procedure. We will not use them again. More details: on June 10th my wife visited the Kensington store and had a Botox procedure which we paid £225. At the time the male practitioner told her she should come back for additional procedures to fill some small lines on top of her lip. On July 8 she returned and received treatment for which was charged £435. When she left she had pain inside her mouth in the upper lip which seems unusual. She went back and complained of her distress and was told she’d get a refund. The refund was only £225. LCUK said she had more done than just the outer upper lip during that 2nd visit. My wife explained; why would she need more done since she had that work in July? Ahe didn’t ask for any work to be done on the inside of her mouth. Apparently there were 2 people in the room and the woman was directing the man where to inject her. She wasn’t aware of this. The woman (I think it was the manager) said she would give her a refund but only gave a partial one. My wife has had problems eating and drinking ever since that procedure and went to the GP for some help. To boil it down, she was given a procedure she didn’t want, and an additional one they said she requested (thus the partial refund). She didn’t request additional work and feels the lip work was unsatisfactory and caused pain and discomfort. A full refund should be forthcoming.

My experience with melasma treatment consultation
I was looking for melasma treatment, but they said the laser wasn’t suitable for my skin type because I have some melanin, which I understood. However, they kept pushing me to buy their skincare kit instead, which was quite expensive and too heavy for my skin. During their demonstration, my skin became extremely greasy, and the oil even spread to my hair around my face. They insisted that I should get it, even after I explained that I have acne problems and that those products could trigger a breakout. I felt embarrassed to leave without buying anything, so I agreed to book a laser session to treat some spider veins. I have to admit it was quite painful, and I didn’t notice any results after the treatment. They told me I should book a few more sessions, but I really didn’t see the point.
