I’m happy with my experience today. This is my 8th Laser hair removal session, and I have been seen by many different technician, but today I was truly impressed with my technician (forgot to take her name) as she was very thorough and has keen attention to what I needed. She’d go back to stubborn areas and do it again,plus she has a very light and caring hands, I could tell as I deal with patients too. Unlike others who would just do it so quickly. Thank you for the good service.

This clinic has been the most amazing I used to have serious thick hair on my face due to PCOS and I tell you they were so understanding gave me discount based on my health issue and have been so amazing. I got my confidence back because of them they explained my skin type due to being Nigerian did a skin test for me. I’ve been with them since 2022 and 4years later it’s still the best . Can’t remember what my skin looked like before them. Thank you for everything

I'm extremely disappointed with the laser skin treatment service. I've been a client for 2 years, having multiple treatments, including my recent micro-needling session.
The 1st session showed great results and gave my skin a nice glow. After 6 weeks, I booked a 2nd session, but it didn't go well. My skin's become really dry, and I haven't seen any improvement.
I complained, but it led to follow-up meetings and lengthy explanations that didn't fix my skin. I'm dissatisfied and disappointed. They don't seem to acknowledge the issue.
They claim 2nd-time results never match the first, but isn't that why they recommend multiple sessions?
I've attached pics of both treatments, and it's clear the 1st session had better results. I'm not seeing any difference before and after the 2nd session 😕.

So think twice before you book for your session . Not every team member well trained .

I have used laser clinic Southampton for over an year we were very happy,, myself and my husband too as he was a client there too.
I stopped going for over a year as I was pregnant so I needed to stop the laser sessions.
I have booked an appointment for 18 of January and few days before I had a missed call from the clinic.
I give them a call back the same day, the person that answered didn't knew why I was phoned.
I then checked the voicemail and they said they will cancel my appointment if I will don't pay for the session. So me and hubby we give them again a phone call 5 minutes later and we were questioning why we received this call and voice mail when I have 5 sessions to use that are paid for.
They said they are sorry and they don't know who called but my appointment will not be cancelled as there was a mistake as they can clearly see that I have 5 sessions paid.
Ps this is not the first appointment after going back after my pregnancy, this is the second one. The first time I didn't had any problems with booking.
I have a 11 old baby that she is only breastfeed and refuses food, so much husband who is also an amputees needed to come with me at this appointment to look after the baby so I can do my appointment.
I arrived to my appointment to be told that my appointment it was cancelled. We travel from Poole by train with our 11 months baby to be told they are sorry but the booking was cancelled and they don't have time to do it.
I have requested to speak with the manager, they said they will give her a call, but 1 minute later they said they can't because she is off.
I left very disappointed, 30 minutes later they give me a call If I am still around because they can do half of my appointment, I have refused as I needed I do my full appointment not half, they said if I wait in the line while she they will call the manager, I have waited and they asked if is fine to give me a call back later if they have time to do my appointment. They were aspecting me to stay all day in Southampton just in case they will have time to do the appointment. I said I can't do, I couldn't wait all day with my daughter. They asked me if I wanted to book for the next appointment, I have refused I said I will wait to speak the next day with the manager as they said she will give me a call to discuss about this issue I made I clear that I want the full refund because I can't waste time and money on train tickets for this too happen.
I have waited all day yesterday and the manager didn't call, I have tried multiple times to call but I was supposed to live a message. When I finally managed to speak with them they told me that they will go to get the manager over the phone, they put me in hold to be told soon after that that the manager left for the day.
I asked why I wasn't called and the excuse was she was busy with costumers, so I told them that I am very disappointed that they didn't took my complaint very seriously.
30 min later the supposed manager that has left called me offering me half treatment for free. This lady that called wherever she was the manager it not she didn't knew anything about my complaint she didn't knew why I was so disappointed with how they acted. With make me believe that th person that works in the front desk realized that they did a mistake and they were trying to fix it without giving all the information to the manager.
I am still waiting to speak with the owner about my full refund. I guess I need to wait to see how serious are they about this situation.
I definitely want a full refund as I will not be risking to have the same issue again. And they should refund the train tickets too as this was money that we waisted because they mistake.

I just had a laser treatment session at the Southampton Laser clinic and I must say it was a very unsatisfactory customer experience for me. The representative that did my treatment seemed more concerned with being stringent in groin demarcation than in administering the treatment for which I was booked which was for a full package including the groin and beyond. Not to mention the fact that she seemed to rush through my treatment session with minimal precision. I am very dissatisfied with this experience.

Generally the staff is good! But the recent person who did my half face laser was not good enough she did not draw proper outline on my face I said her to increase the power she did not increase it saying that is enough and after a week I can see my hair growth but generally I do not see hair growth so early!
I think, I should be given another session instead the previous one which was terrible

This has been my 6th appointment and I am really satisfied with the outcome of my laser treatment! The personnel is always so attentive and kind, making sure to explain all the steps, to check that you are comfortable and generally that you are relaxed and at ease. The only reason for giving 4 stars is the slightly odd requirement to flip 'upside down' on the treatment bed in the small rooms where the bed is against the wall. As the treatment bed is dipping at the end, you need to use a piece of clothing to raise your head to avoid feeling lightheaded. Except for that I love my therapist who has been pretty much supporting me through the entire journey.
