Complaints lodged for Laser Clinics Sunshine Plaza - do not attend the Sunshine Plaza Clinic, unprofessional conduct, disrespectful staff, no protection of client dignity, and poorly managed clinic.

I visited the clinic yesterday for chemical peel, I loved the treatment experience and staff. Thanks laser clinics.

I had such a wonderful experience at this clinic today! Elvira is incredibly accomodating but professional with friendly demeanor and put me right at ease. What really stood out was the depth of knowledge of Elvira, she took the time to explain and what to expect during the process which gave me total confidence. I also appreciated the complete transparency regarding the plan and costs - no hidden fees. I highly recommend asking for Elvira as well as this clinic if you want an honest and truly cares about your comfort.

Mona did a great job with my facial as she always does.
In the future book with her. Great customer service and same goes for Jessica, she does an a making job with laser sessions. They’re both very easy to communicate with also.

It’s been likely more than a year i have been receiving treatment from the laser clinic. First thing, they always have good deals. Most of the time they always go 50% off which I really like about. And the lady i always receive treatment is the reason i always go there and have mine one done. Ms. Fecilia is so good. Best of the best the care and treatment i receive every session is 10 on 10 and i might spell her name wrong sorry for that 😂

Been going here for a few years now and have nothing but nice things to say, all the girls are absolutely lovely and I’ve always been comfortable going in for my laser! I always recommend going here to my friends!

Jess is an awesome employee at the Erina store. She is honest and supportive. Very easy to discuss issues with!

Grace in the Neutral Bay clinic is absolutely wonderful! She checked in with me constantly while treating me and was very thorough!

The best facial I’ve had in ages. Mariam was warm, welcoming and really knowledgeable - I'd really recommend booking in a facial with her! My skin feels hydrated, plump, and glowy - so impressed with the results already!

This was my second visit using a prepaid package, and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing.
During my first session, the staff member marked my legs with a highlighter pen before the laser treatment. After the session finished, the markings were only roughly wiped off, and I was left without any proper explanation or aftercare guidance. There was little to no explanation throughout the entire process.
Out of all the laser treatments I have had in the past, this was by far the most rushed and careless one. The treatment ended very quickly, and the staff member appeared to work in a very inattentive and rushed manner. At the very least, I expected basic courtesy and clear communication, which were lacking.
I still have two sessions remaining in my package, but after this experience, I honestly do not feel comfortable returning.

felt unwelcome from the moment I arrived, as though I wasn’t wanted there. It was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The service was incomplete, and I was asked to apply my own cream. Is this now standard practice?

Since the change in staff and most likely management from a few years back I have found staff to be great. Professional and friendly.

The worker was a little standoffish today, and didn’t complete all services my daughter and I came in for, plus we had to apply the cream ourselves at the end. Not a big deal, but part of the service we get with other workers, and they are normally lovely people, have a bit of a chat, not forced smiles

I received professional advice from an experienced nurse. The consultation gave me a very satisfactory result. Bridget is understanding and has considerable treatment knowledge. The appointment was on time and will be a returning patient.

5 stars are for the therapists at Casuarina in Darwin. Professional, thorough, gentle and just so lovely. Love the skin tyte treatments also. I have noticed positive changes in my 51yo skin!

Very rushed I could of done a better job myself at home... I did not receive a nice face massage with the product placed on my face it was just quickly slapped on and she walked out no nice kneck massage or a hand massage that I've received at other beauty places.. it was not customised to my needs and concerns she didn't even ask me what they were. And the Microbrasion was done very quickly she didn't even do all of my face 🤬so much for feeling good and making you walk out thinking WOW ....such a rip off at $170
