Thank you for your review. We’re really sorry to hear about your concern with the shipping cost.

We understand how frustrating this must have felt, especially when using express checkout options where details are pre-filled. Please know that all postage costs are clearly communicated at checkout before confirming payment, and they’re also outlined in our Shipping Policy available on our website.

As a small and growing business, international shipping can be a significant overhead, especially when sending parcels across the world. At this stage, we’re unfortunately not in a position to absorb those costs, but we are actively working on finding ways to make shipping more affordable for our customers as we grow.

That said, if you had contacted our customer service team right away, we would have been happy to assist or cancel the order prior to dispatch.

We truly hope you love the pieces you’ve purchased, and if you have any further questions or concerns, our support team is here to help.

Thank you for your comments regarding returns costs. We have recently switched our returns courier to DPD which makes this much cheaper and more convenient for our customers to return items. We also offer the opportunity for customers to send back via their own method if that it’s their preferred option.

Thank you for your feedback – we're really pleased to hear you liked your recent purchase and found it well made.

We’re sorry to hear you were disappointed by the lack of a sign-up discount and the return costs. We do aim to be as transparent as possible with our returns process, and we completely understand that costs can be a concern.

Just to clarify, we always give customers the option to return items using their own method if they find this more cost-effective than using our prepaid courier label. This information is clearly outlined in our returns policy, and many customers choose Royal Mail or other services for convenience and savings.

We always take customer feedback onboard and this will help us continue to improve both our services. We hope to welcome you back as an L.A-S customer in the future!
