I’m embarrassed to write this review. Warning do not buy from las villas. I purchased back in December 2024 and got my 1 chain 2 bracelets and 1 pendant now In 2025 so 7 months. On this time frame I have spent over $20,000. It’s has been a really bad experience. They treated me stupid. They give you lots of lip service and none on the phone when you call it’s just Spanish voicemail mail. They hide behind text messages. They throw around the word manager and policy a lot. Yet you never get help from an actual manager. I had to deal with two representatives throughout the whole ordeal. The first person bailed on me cause they were so frustrated in messing up my orders. All 3 of my Cuban pieces the box locks are loose and pop out. Only the figure 8 claps hold it together. I sent a video right after I reviewed them showing proof and they told me I’m not sure how that happened cause they swear they checked it and they treat me like I’m dumb even though the video is proof. They want me to pay to send back the pieces for inspection, so now I’m out more time and money. I bought a skull pendant from them I liked it so much I bought a second one. The second one was smaller and weighed less than the first one I sent pics. They treated me like I’m stupid. I wanted a refund they said no refunds it’s our way of stealing from our customers cause all sales are final even though we messed up that’s our policy. I paid $2004 for the pendant, after being so upset I decided to send it back anyway. They gave me a gift card credit for there store for only the scrap value of the pendant for $1390 and said that it was used even though it was a branded new Italian made pendant that I never wore. I had to contact my bank and file a dispute to get the $614 charge back to my account. After that whenever they message me they call me Mr. Lim Instead of my fist name because they are scared now. I had 2 matching bracelets made. And the second bracelet I sent in my. Gold to melt down. They gave me a quote and I paid the labor fee. When I got both bracelets the first one didn’t match and both were over weight in grams and the second one was way more over weight and was very suspicious since I sent them my own gold. I had to pay an overweight fee just over $500 dollars. Now the second bracelet was too tight cause it was thicker due to more gold. So I sent in both bracelets to have them redone. I paid a second labor fee. And when the bracelets came back they were both over weight again and I had to pay another $500 dollars. I questioned about the 14k gram weight because I checked online they charged me the 18k gram weight with the overage. I told them specifically the weight was set cause I sent them my gold again. They said we add gold just In case. And that we didn’t charge 18k gold gram weight, they said the overweight fee includes labor. I said i already paid for the labor in advance and the gold weight was set and I told them I didn’t mind if it came out slightly under weight cause you lose a small percentage of gold in the meltdown process and I understood. But no they do what they want and don’t care cause they wanna make money. And they never called me, when you call them you get a Spanish voice mail. I’m so embarrassed for spending so much money with them for poor quality jewelry that the box locks that slip out when brand new. They called me family but treat me like I’m adopted and dumb. They shouldn’t make hand made jewelry or even sell machine made jewelry they can’t get it right. They do have an exception to a refund for 20% restocking fee to their discretion but when I got my gift card for gold scrap credit for that pendant I bought. The gift card was less than a 20% refund would of been and never did they offer a 20% refund even though it was there mistake. I had to provide all proof to my bank and their refund policy that’s when I discovered it. Buyers beware! Please go buy from Garcia jewelry. During this time I also purchased from them and my experience was 100% perfect and they have a return refund policy true to customer satisfaction and great service. Las villas jewelry is a scam and very bad business. Theres so much more I want to say but I can’t think of it all right now. I will post a video on YouTube as well showing how bad the box locks are. They should stick to selling machine made Cuban links also btw they don’t make anything handmade smaller than 10mm in bracelets and 8mm in chains. Garcia jewelry does, and they also give you a free appraisal and if you want to return the item, they pay for the shipping back. Lost money jewelry doesn’t. Stay away from lost time jewelry you will be sorry.
