SERVICE CLIENT INEXISTANT

Pas de problèmes avec les bijoux (même s'ils ne sont pas donnés) ou le délai de livraison mais le service après-vente est inexistant.
Je voulais juste changer un de mes deux achats et je n'ai jamais eu de retour malgré plusieurs mails.
Très déçue, je ne recommande pas.

Item not same as online photo, zero customer support response

The color of the stones in items received was different from site catalogue photos, and items within the same collection didn’t match due to that. Zero email response (2 emails sent) and zero response to voice messages (3 left) over the course of a week.
EUR 900 was spent on items that are clearly sub par with no opportunity to recoup. Will not purchase again.

Hopeless and terrible after sales…

Hopeless and terrible after sales service. I ordered and paid for earrings more than a month ago, they said the items had been dispatched. Complete lie as DHL said the goods had not been handed over to them by the company. Repeated emails have been ignored, their chat bot ignores customers, I have no choice but to ask Amex to reverse the transaction.

J’ai commandé une paire de boucles…

J’ai commandé une paire de boucles d’oreille sur leur site
sur lequel il est écrit que l’on a 30 jours pour les retourner. Après les avoir essayées et réalisé qu’elles ne convenaient malheureusement pas, j’ai découvert qu’il était indiqué sur le bon de livraison qu’elles ne pouvaient pas être reprises.
J’ai échangé avec le service client qui m’a renvoyé vers les conditions générales de vente situées (cachées) dans le pied de page du site et qui est très long à lire.

Après un certain nombre d’échanges, la marque a accepté de me rembourser et a changé la mention sur son site, ouf !

Perfect experience on the website!

I’m a loyal Les Nereides customer but this was my first time buying jewels on their official website… what can I say, the experience was perfect! Placed many different orders in the span of four days and they all were sent the next day and were delivered in a day with DHL from France to Italy. Perfect package, cute little flowery bags to keep the jewels and overall amazing quality and design! They also included a free bracelet. I will certainly buy again from them!

Magnifique et déception dommage

Je suis récemment passée devant votre boutique à Paris et j'ai été absolument enchantée par la beauté des bijoux exposés en vitrine. Les designs sont vraiment magnifiques et attirent immédiatement l'œil.

Curieuse, je suis allée consulter votre site internet pour voir vos collection complète. À ma grande surprise, j'ai découvert que les bijoux sont fabriqués en laiton. C'est vraiment dommage, car bien que les pièces soient visuellement superbes, le laiton est connu pour sa durabilité limitée et sa tendance à ternir avec le temps.

J'aime énormément vos bijoux, mais malheureusement, je ne pourrais pas me permettre d'en acheter car la qualité a plus d'importance pour moi que l'esthétique du bijou. Il serait formidable si Les Néréides envisage de proposer leurs magnifiques créations dans des matériaux de meilleure qualité, comme l'acier inoxydable ou même de l'argent plaqué or. Cela garantirait non seulement une meilleure longévité des bijoux, mais aussi une satisfaction accrue des clients, qui pourraient profiter de ces belles pièces pendant des années sans craindre qu'elles ne s'abîment rapidement.

En résumé, vous proposez des bijoux d'une esthétique exceptionnelle, et je serais ravie de voir cette beauté associée à une qualité de matériaux supérieure.

When we visited the Rue Bonaparte…

When we visited the Rue Bonaparte location in August 2023 I purchased some earrings as a Christmas present for my wife. When the gift was opened we found that one of the earrings was defective. The wires that make up the hoop was shorter than the other and was unable to reach the clasp.
My wife contacted their customer service department, explained the problem and was assured that a replacement would be available when we returned to Paris in January.
When we went to the Rue Bonaparte location on January 25th a bespectacled older lady working there insinuated that somehow we had damaged the earrings. Clearly one of the wires was shorter than the other, the earring in question was defective. It became apparent that had my wife not contacted customer service, had a note on her profile, that this individual was prepared to make this exchange as difficult as possible. The earrings were eventually exchanged.
When we were leaving this location this sales clerk began berating another customer who was touching and looking at a selection of items on display.
This gave us such a poor impression of this establishments attitude towards customer service that we shall not return.

Impossible to use website so many…

Impossible to use website so many glitches
Whole family has now tried on 3 devices- very stressful and then it mysteriously added £100 to the total?!
WhatsApp help bot doing their best but seem to not know much
And charging for gift packaging?? Back to Monica Vinader for me they are excellent by comparison and have bought from them many times.

Beautiful product but very bad customer service.
I will never buy from this brand again Because I buy a full experience and not just a product.

No warranty or customer service

Purchased 2 items for my daughter separately. Both broke within a few weeks. When the necklace broke the "warranty" was a repair made onsite at Chatswood Chase. The second item was a charm that dropped off her bracelet. There is no replacement charm I was told. My daughter was given a choice of 3 charms, none of which was comparable to the original. Rubbish brand, awful service. We will not buy again.

Long term customer but first time using…

Long term customer but first time using mail order.

Ordered online for V day present and given items are shipped from France the order turned up without issue in reasonable time frame other than when opening the parcel the inner packet was empty.

Fearing the worst I called their customer service and was pleased not only to not have a queue to wait in but to be told without any hassle that a replacement would be sent out. This too arrived promptly, slightly quicker I think, and this time the item was inside.

All companies make mistakes, how they respond to them is what counts. Couldnt fault their response and the products are as pretty as ever.
