Ik wil mijn bestelling retourneren, de pasvorm is niet goed. Na meerdere mails te hebben verzonden krijg ik nergens reactie op! Voor mij een hele slechte ervaring bij deze webshop! Ik ga er niet meer bestellen! Liever meer betalen voor een goede service!

The company was very professional. They responded directly to my emails with clear communication. The product arrived relatively quickly and the quality is undeniable. Exactly as advertised and clearly very well made. The size chart given on the website was also accurate. I was nervous as I hadn't used them before and this type of product is expensive. However I highly recommend this site. The product was well worth the money and they kept me informed every step of the way.

Everything came perfect, fits perfectly and the quality is really good!!

Do you want to retour something? You will get scammed. Weird retour adress, only 70% of your cost back, unfriendly costumer support and you pay for the shipping costs. And because it is a Chinese company and you maybe ordered something in EU, that will be €54 just for shipping costs. They know this, so nobody will pay for these costs, and they will make money this way.

I ordered twice a latex mask. The selections options are large and they oder really a lot.
The production time is adequate and even shorter than many of the European sellers offer.
The quality is really amazing together with a prize I would say is the best you can have.

J’ai commandé une robe en latex qui s’est déchirée le jour même de sa réception, lors d’un simple essayage.
La déchirure est apparue près d’une zone structurelle, on voit clairement un décollage de la matière.

J’ai contacté le service client immédiatement, photos et vidéo à l’appui. Malgré ces preuves, la boutique a refusé de reconnaître un défaut de qualité, affirmant que le produit avait été contrôlé avant l’envoi. La seule solution proposée a été de payer à nouveau, soit à moitié prix pour le même produit.
Aucun remboursement ni remplacement n’a été envisagé, alors que le produit est devenu inutilisable dès le premier jour et était clairement défectueux.
L’argument avancé était que « d’autres clients n’ont pas ce problème », ce qui n’apporte aucune solution concrète à mon cas.
Cette expérience a été très décevante, d’autant plus qu’il s’agissait d’un cadeau.
Des prix bas certes, mais on sait pourquoi : une qualité médiocre de fabrication et un service client mauvais. Une arnaque pour se faire de l'argent sur le dos des clients.

I ordered a latex dress that tore on the very day it was received, during a simple fitting.
The tear appeared near a structural area, and you can clearly see the material coming apart.
I contacted customer service immediately, providing photos and a video. Despite this evidence, the company refused to acknowledge a quality defect, claiming that the product had been checked before shipping. The only solution offered was to pay again, at half price, for the same product.
No refund or free replacement was considered, even though the item became unusable on the first day and was clearly defective.
The argument given was that “other customers do not have this problem,” which does not provide any concrete solution to my case.
This experience was very disappointing, especially as it was a gift.
Low prices, yes — but now I understand why: poor manufacturing quality and very bad customer service. A scam to make money at the expense of customers.

I absolutely love my catsuit from latex charms and was very surprised with the quality. It’s much better than I expected and fits perfectly. It arrived so much quicker than I thought it would and overall I am very very pleased with it! 10/10 - will order again.

Latexcharms hat 2 Produkte in falschem Material geliefert. Zudem war ein Produkt in der falschen Größe.
Der Support hat den Fehler auf mich geschoben, obwohl in der Bestätigung die korrekten Daten stehen. Ich hätte für einen Betrag noch mal eine neue Bestellung tätigen können. Dann hat er einfach nicht mehr geantwortet.
Habe über PayPal dann die Hälfte des Betrages zurück bekommen.

I recently got a piece (a body) from them and my experience was very pleasant. Delivery was on time and seamless.
The product is well finished and fits perfectly. I love the texture and the colour.
I am now getting my second item from Latexcharms. I fully recommend them !!

Une commande mal exécuté, la deuxième commande également. C'est mal taillé et en plus ils mettent la pression pour forcer une bonne notation. A éviter.

I have had 2 items from Latex Charms. A big boob catsuit in red and a mask with mouth piece and micro perforated eyes. As far as the products go, they are clearly made from high quality latex (they don't have the typical sweet smell you get from other Chinese manufacturers) very well glued and assembled with reinforcement patches at the high stress points.

Speed of manufacture was pretty good. Well within the expectations of their European competitors.

Communication was good, a bit slower on email, very quick via their social media channels.

Will definitely be ordering more in the future
