Angegebene Lieferzeit 7-9 Wochen. Nach 10 Wochen immer noch nicht. Wurde auf Urlaub geschoben,das interessiert mich als Kunde aber nicht. Dann plötzlich stornierung Ihrer seits inklusive Beleidigung. Sehr schlechter Support. Produktion noch nicht mal begonnen, sonst hätten sie nicht erstattet.
Erste und letzte Mal. Lasst die Finger davon.

Fantastic company and products! Had a small issue ( because of me) and they sorted out a repair and sent back all within a week! Baring in mind has to be shipped abroad and then shipped back. Love their products and their customer care, thank you so much!

Hatte im August 2021 einen chlorierten Latex Catsuit gekauft. Überall werden immer nur die Vorteile beworben, das man diesen schnell anziehen kann. Leider ist die Haltbarkeit dadurch extrem gemindert. Kann Stand heute den Catsuit nur noch entsorgen nachdem dieser nun beim hinsetzen gerissen ist. War eigentlich auch nur eine Frage der Zeit. Hier kurz meine Erfahrung. Die ersten 1,5 Jahre war ich absolut begeistert, trug den Catsuit ca. alle 2-3 Wochen für 1-3 Stunden. Dann wurde der Anzug erst an den Ärmeln im Rückenbereich spröde und bekam kleine Risse neben der Klebenaht. Diese habe ich dann selbst repariert, durch anschleifen der Stellen auf der Innenseite und dann durch Hinterklebung der Stellen mit neuen Latexstreifen. Nach Ca. 2 Jahren das selbe Spiel im Schrittbereich. Nach ca. 2,5 Jahren fingen sämtliche andere Bereiche, welche durch Bewegung unter Spannung sind an rissig zu werden und kleine Löcher zu entwickeln. Und jetzt ca. 3 Jahre später ist es leider vorbei mit dem Catsuit, ich würde mal behaupten, ein wirtschaftlicher Totalschaden ;). Ich habe jetzt noch einmal eine Maske, aber unchloriert hier bestellt und hoffe das diese länger hält. Kann aber aus Erfahrung sagen, das bisher normale unchlorierte Anzüge immer um die 10 Jahre gehalten haben und ich schon der Meinung bin, dass die Verarbeitung und Qualität des Latex bei Simon O gut ist. Was ich zu der Chlorierung leider nicht sagen kann, ich habe chlorierte Anzüge anderer Hersteller und diese werden nicht nach so kurzer Zeit rissig und spröde, hier sollte Simon O echt nachbessern.

Toller Shop. Tolle Auswahl. Netter Kontakt. Emails wurden immer rasch und freundlich beantwortet. Bei meiner ersten Bestellung hatte ein Latex Body für meine Frau eine Verfärbung(Brauner Fleck) im Material im Kragen (kann vorkommen, Latex ist ein Naturprodukt). Unser Anliegen wurde schnell und seriös bearbeitet. Mir wurde ein Tipp gegeben, wie ich den Fleck selbst entfernen könne und wenn dies nicht hilft, wurde uns auch eine Nachbesserung/Reparatur angeboten. Ob ich dieses Angebot wahrnehmen muss, weiß ich stand heute noch nicht, evtl. hilft der Tipp des Verkäufers schon den Fleck zu entfernen.
Aber es ist doch mal sehr beruhigend zu wissen das ich das Produkt zur Nachbesserung einsenden kann. Die Qualität eines Verkäufers zeigt sich oft erst, wenn mal ein Problem auftreten sollte. Und das wurde hier vorerst bravourös gelöst. Weitere Bestellungen werden folgen.
Die Lieferung erfolgt übrigens mit einem neutralen Absender auf dem Paket. So wissen die Nachbarn auch nicht was im Schlafzimmer des Empfängers abgeht ^^
Zusätzlich war die Ware in einem schicken Kleidersack verschickt worden der sich auch super eignet um den Body darin zu lagern.

Manufacturing and postage times do take several weeks (but its only a small company), so its a nice surprise when things arrive!

Boutique en déclin, surfant sur sa réputation ! Pourtant il est loin le temps où cette boutiques était sérieuse. Déjà les délais sont devenus insoutenables, la communication est quasiment inexistante après commande, le suivi de l’envoie de l’article est folklorique malgré mes multiples relances d’inquiétudes auxquelles Manuella n’à pas daigné me répondre et pire même puisqu’elle m'a blacklister de sa clientèle...
Une arrogance inouïe qui se paiera par la disparition de cette boutique devenue Jupiterienne !

Exceptional design and quality. Very few designers offer chlorinated pieces and the ones delivered from Simon O are superb! Communication is timely, though sometimes misunderstood. Overall, the time and attention paid by their team has been great in helping to select the right size, options, and any other updates to orders. Simon O definitely offers top quality!

Absolutely appalling customer treatment. I am not sure if there is any actual business behind it or just a scam. I tried to contact them asking about the product, waited weeks for a response which never came. I wrote again, expressing my concern and informing them I would go public about it if ignored again. This time, they responded almost immediately. One might think apologies would be appropriate. Far from it! An extremaly arrogant person brazenly tried to threaten me with lawyers. It was disgusting - but also so infantile! Like a not very bright child making ridiculous threats. Of course, this only convinced me to post this warning. They also brazenly lied that they answered "every request every day" - obviously not true, considering they never responded to my initial request. This kind of outragoues disrespectful and plain rude approach to clients should really put companies out of business. Again, I do not know if they are frauds or not. But definitely they are disaster customer-service-wise.

I've bought several items this year from this company. All were delivered promptly and the workmanship is excellent. No glue stains everywhere like I've found with clothing from some firms. I did get a pair of leggings from them a few years back which didn't fit very well but the recent items have all been reasonably close-fitting given that they're not made-to-measure.

Quality is totaly awesome, support is awesome.

Shipping is not even remotely discrete.

I submitted my order and made specific requests. No one contacted me and shipped the an inaccurate order. Then charged me $144 to return. I do not recommend doing business with them.

Jeden Cent wert. Ich empfehle die Kleidung chloriert zu bestellen! Erhöht meiner Erfahrung nach den Tragekomfort.
Artikelbeschreibung lesen oder direkt in der Kategorie Basic Line stöbern! Basic Line: aktuell keine 14d her, dass wir es bestellten, und schon ist es da.
Kleidung außerhalb der Basic Line entsprechen aber genauso der Lieferdauer, wie dort angegeben - auch ohne "Maßanfertigung"; die aus Kapazitätsgründen aktuel nicht möglich ist. Bessergesagt hatte ich einen Wunsch, der wurde aus Kapazitätsgründen abgelehnt. Aber innerhalb von 10 Wochen 3.000 Bestellungsnummern weiter gerutscht zu sein, bei der nächsten Bestellung, sagt für mich bzgl. der Begehrtheit alles!
Flasht mich jedes mal vom Planeten, wenn ich Simon O trage!

Edit: Ach! Und kauft blos nicht woanders, solang es nicht klar offensichtlich von Privat kommt und jener welcher nicht schon 72.000 Bewertungen hat. Kauft beim ORIGINAL!

After years of having an interest in latex finally bought a beginner's men's catsuit and hood. Absolutely love both! Catsuit feels great and hood is a comfortable fit. Definitely recommend for a beginner!

Great photography on the website but the garments don't live up to it. Poorly stuck seams that fall apart and the company accepts no responsibility. Try the english suppliers instead.

For my part, i bought a pair of latex gloves (that they sell on their website, but that is apparently made by an other brand). I got a hole in the gloves after just trying them with a friend (ok, MAYBE that can be our fault, so lets remove that).
But the quality of the gloves feel really cheap/bad... I bought some 20e gloves before from an other brand and they were feeling much better. And i thought that paying 60e for a pair would be amazing, i finished regretting my order.
Send them an email telling them that i was a bit disappointed about all this; they just replied that my email was rude and never said anything else
(PS : i wasn't insulting them or anything)
I don't really like leaving bad reviews on brands, but that needed to be said i think.

I’m pretty sure there latex is amazing but the fact that you have to wait 4-6 months for the item just to not receive it is crazy and there saying there nothing they can do about it. So I’m out of 300-400 dollars and on top of the a latex piece all because the company they use to ship didn’t fallow my delivery instructions what a shame.
Customer service is very bad with this company. If I could give it no stars I would. They act like your dumb when you ask them a question. Don’t buy from this places you can find good latex on Etsy

Ich bin seit rund 15 Jahren Kunde. Habe bisher keinen einzigen Einkauf bereut. Immer tolle Designs und super Qualität. Auch u. U. anfallende Reparaturarbeiten an hauseigenen Produkten wurden schon zuverlässig erledigt (weiß aber aktuell nicht ob das noch angeboten wird). Ich kenne keinen vergleichbar guten Anbieter von wertiger Latexkleidung.
Kontakt mit Manuela oder Simon ist immer fachlich versiert und mega- freundlich.

Hat uns nicht gefallen. Okay sehr lange Lieferzeit. Bestellt wurde Standard Sachen ohne Massanfertigung.
Haben nach 14 Wochen dann aber mal nachgefragt wie es denn aussieht. Ja nix. Wir wollen doch 16 Wochen warten und woher unser Unmut kommt und das man das nicht nachvollziehen kann.
Und man hat auch gleich Stornierung angeboten. Für uns ein Zeichen dass nach 14 Wochen nicht mal angefangen wurde.

Na ja der ein der Mail hat und gesagt... Hier wollen wir nicht weiter Kunden sein.

Auf nach Berlin, hier wird transparenter gearbeitet.
