My positive perception of the co-founder of LaunchpadJV comes from a negative experience with a technical support service shared by several affiliates, which shows disregard for its clients and harms the platform’s reputation.
I reached out to the platform for help. Calin, the co-founder of LaunchpadJV, responded immediately and intervened with this incompetent support team, which had not replied to me for several days.
He supported and assisted me for as long as necessary, until it became clear that it was better for me to be refunded rather than continue working with a support team that was unable to carry out the required tasks.
Following my request, Calin refunded me immediately.
Although this experience with the technical support was negative, it allowed me to discover the platform, as well as its professionalism, responsiveness, and the strong commitment of its leadership, who demonstrates a great sense of customer service and professionalism.
