Purchased the CRP129X a around 2 years ago. & I've moved address. It's impossible to change the workshop address. tried everything suggested by Launch help. impossible to do so buyers beware..

I bought a Launch X431 Pro3 diagnose pad online from Amazon. All the details on Amazon about service and warranty pointed to Launch Tech UK. On the invoice though a company from China as a seller. The product failed shortly after buying it, so still in warranty. Called Launch Tech and initially they said they don't sell on Amazon. Confronted with the details on Amazon they said they don't sell sell anymore that product. In a nut shell they refused to sort out the issue although their name, website and contact details are everywhere on the webpage related to the product. Also the approach totally unprofessional. To be avoided. There are lots of other options far better.

Dealing with the people at Launch Tech UK was super. They have supplied me with a proper semi professional piece of automotive diagnostic equipment that works properly and at a very competitive price. The equipment has now been used several times and works perfectly.

This is the second time I have purchased from launch tech and I must say the experience I had was unbelievable ordered item Monday pm and was delivered Tuesday lunch time staff where very helpful and the item I have purchased makes my engine run like a swiss watch Ill give them 100% satisfied brilliant.

Bought a launch x431 pro about 9 months ago great product but now I'm having issues with my screen and customer service is shocking and they don't want to replace or repair under warranty which is ment to be One-year warranty, I have to pay for repairs which I would understand if I damaged it but not the case good product but once it purchased it worth nothing

Rang up customer services enquiring about a new scanner, but needed it for a specific task this week, they pointed me to a CR129 EVO.
Scanner arrived next day, seems robust and intuitive. Done the job, which my SnapOn and Topdon couldn't and the tool didn't break the bank.
Only negatives are the OBD lead is too short to work under the bonnet with the tool in hand and the tool doesn't fit in the carry case supplied. I chucked the case and put some sponge in an old drill case and cut to fit, job done.
All in all seems a very capable budget tool.

Placed a order for dpf cleaner on 20th September, and still today 22nd October have not received my order, emailed customer support numerous times and did not get one reply,
Not happy

The dpf additive did a good job car runs much smoother

We procured a Launch Diagnostics Machine from Launch Tech, investing over £3000, expecting a device that would meet our auto diagnostic needs proficiently. However, what ensued was a saga of disappointment and frustration. Right from the outset, the machine exhibited functional inconsistencies that hindered our operations. Desperate for a resolution, we reached out to Launch Tech UK's support team, expecting professional assistance.

The support experience was nothing short of a nightmare. Despite multiple attempts to reach out, the technical expertise we sought was glaringly absent. The support personnel seemed clueless about the intricacies of their own product, and to add salt to the wound, promised callbacks that never materialized. Our patience wore thin, and we demanded a refund for the faulty equipment.

After enduring three weeks of radio silence and no support, we were finally contacted by their National Sales Manager. However, instead of a solution or even a semblance of understanding, we were met with a condescending attitude. The Sales Manager, rather than addressing our grievances, seemed more inclined to talk over us, displaying a level of customer service that was appalling, to say the least.

Our experience with Launch Tech UK has been nothing but a draining and fruitless ordeal. The lack of technical support, coupled with the unprofessional conduct of their Sales Manager, not only cost us financially but also wasted our valuable time. This ordeal has left us questioning the integrity and competence of Launch Tech UK, and we are utterly dissatisfied with the service rendered.
