I ordered my 431 pro 5 yesterday and I have tracking info saying delivery Friday after 3pm. Seems legit thus far

Zero if I can … scam bought it and found reviews asked for cancellation within the hour.. which they say you are entitled to do. 8 hours later they posted it… well provided a postage receipt… I have tried ringing and emailing.. I reported it to the fraud team in bank of Ireland… shower of won’t let me write it

I know this website has had negative reviews but I did receive my Launch pro 5 with smartlink and Bluetooth battery tester. I received these items after 8 days. There was hardly any communication from anyone from within this company. I wrote several times asking them to reply. The status on the website for the order remained the same 'not yet fullfilled' but the delay was caused by them not having the Bluetooth battery tester gift as an option. I would recommend them if you can wait patiently, gently giving them a nudge every week for an update if needed. This website was the cheapest, on Amazon the total kit cost twice as much. There were times I was thinking this website was a scam, especially after reading the reviews but I eventually got my items.

I placed and order and the only confirmation I received was from PayPal. Over the next couple of weeks, I emailed them multiple times to get an update. They responded twice asking for the same info, I sent them the info both times and didn’t hear anything else. I ended up going through PayPal to get my money back.

WHAT IS THIS £&&£!!!! Answer my emails!!! Answer my calls!!! You only pissing me off! They thing realy can make fake website take payments and get away with scaming people? Really? Do think im not going to get my money back??? No contact no respond to my request about any information of my order!

Ordered from them nearly 1 weeks ago, no tracking, no response to emails. I’ve spent nearly £1000 and had terrible service. I’m giving them 24 hours before getting action fraud involved.
