I have had the same experiences as the other people that left reviews. I ordered 2 items, paid for said items, have a receipt for said items, said items never arrived!
I was in contact with the company and was told the same thing that my order had been delivered.
The company also instructed me to contact the USPS with the tracking number. This number did not comply with the USPS tracking code criteria.

I contacted the company several times with much the same response until they eventually either blocked me or took their site off line.

They were a complete and total SCAM!!!

Yes,it appeared too good to be true but their Web site looked good, so bought this 1 item and received a receipt and tracking number and the name of the Carrier 17Track net, this always showed status, finally I was told the item was delivered to Alicante (but no address in Alicante)
I then ask for the address it was delivered but Laurnne did not answer, i ask for proof of delivery and they just replied saying it was signed by me, obviously no it was not by be, I then ask for a copy of the signature of the receiver and told me 17Track Net did not have facilities to send copy signatures, I then realised I had been Scammed. Don't buy from this company people.

Believe the reviews this company is a scam.
They said items were delivered, they never were. They said check with post office but track number invalid. Scammers

Too good to be true? I think so. Low prices planters?
They claimed with 2 tracking numbers that planters were delivered. They were not. They said to go to usps and they would refund or replace. USPS does not handle those numbers.
Second email they said they are not responsible for stolen items as they must have been 2 separate days.
They would offer 30% refund. This company is shady and I think Reddit thread said in Singapore. Now after reading these other complaints I see they are a scam most likely.

SCAMMERS! Do not buy anything from them!

They say: parcel was delivered. But no parcel arrived. And then the advise You to contact Your local Post Office because they use the national delivery service povider. But the tracking number they give you is not a valide one of this provider.

Beware of this company. Don't be fooled by the low prices. This site is a scam.

BEWARE!!! PLEASE do not purchase from this site, it's a scam. Raised beds never arrived. Fake tracking number provided. No customer service, just a couple of sheepish emails stating it must be lost. When pressed for a courier name, they couldn't provide one.
